This beautiful bay front home is located on 96th street in Stone Harbor. After a day of sun bathing, enjoy stunning sunsets and marsh views then stroll to Stone Harbor's finest shops and restaurants. Just two blocks away you can find waterfront cocktails at the Reeds, great food at Fred's Tavern and famous Springers ice cream!

The four bedroom home sleeps ten guests. There is a king suite with a private deck
and master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower. The top floor also has one queen room, one bunk room with a set of twin bunks and a twin over full bunk and a second full bathroom. The downstairs room has one queen bed, one queen pullout and a half bath.

You'll find an open floor plan on the main floor beaming with light from the wall to wall windows including the kitchen, living room and second half bath . The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and cookware, and the living room and dining room are furnished with beautiful, custom furniture providing ample sitting space for all guests. Off the kitchen there is the second of three decks, perfect for your 5pm happy hour. Additionally there is a gas fireplace for cozy fall and winter getaways.

The large back deck has comfortable lounge furniture, top of the line canopy umbrellas, a new gas grill and an outdoor shower. Bring your boat and water toys, because the house comes with one boat slip and an additional floating dock. Connected to the house is a shared side yard, where you can set up your lawn games!

The garage and driveway can accommodate up to three cars.
