This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect vacation home for those seeking proximity to the beautiful beaches of Stone Harbor. The location can't be beat when you’re on the beach and yet also steps from the center of town on 96th Street. There is a large community pool and deck equipped with an outside shower and lots of lounge furniture. If you're looking for an affordable condo on 7-Mile island with an unparalleled experience, then this unit is for you. For the 2024 summer season, the pool will be open May 24 to September 21 (weather dependent).

Amazing location!

We stayed in the off season for a weekend wedding and had a great stay! It was in the perfect location in relation to the beach and town. Would love to come back and stay during the summer next time! Super clean and our host was very helpful during our stay.

Perfect location

The location of this condo can’t be beat—oceanfront and a short walk to town. Having the pool on site and a playground two blocks away was ideal for our young kids. The unit is not big but not cramped (which worked well with a toddler) and is recently refurbished. Only downside is lack of a view or deck but we knew that going in since it’s on the lower level. The owner was very responsive and check-in was a breeze.
