Enjoyed this newer condo with pool right on the beachside with family staying in another condo and nearby house. Requested extra sheets and blanket and they were delivered promptly. Amazing sunsets and views from the balcony.

The views from the room balcony are awesome as well as on the rooftop. The room was clean but when we arrived it was an overwhelming amount of fabulouso cleaner, we needed to open up all the doors to air out the strong smell. The master bathroom shower has no caddy or ledges for your shower stuff and the bed was a bit too hard. The bed also had these metal frame bars sticking out at the bottom which is an accident waiting to happen . We also did have to call the management because someone parked in our assigned unit spot, it was never addressed but they were sure to text us after checkout asking us to move our car.

Great location

This place is a great location in between St. John’s and St. Pete. There’s a Publix within walking distance, but probably easier to drive.St. John’s pass is a few miles north. Lots of great food or you can drive a few miles south or even more food options.Beach room has a phenomenal view of theneach and sunset. The furniture in the room could use some updating but we were not in the rooms very much stayed on the beach the entire time The area is recovering from being hit by two hurricanes, but it made this stay worth it even more just spending moneyto help the locals get back on their feet.overall, a great day, and I would recommend to anyone

Wonderful place with a gorgeous beach!!

This condo is amazing and super convenient to the beach and pool. Very clean and nice with all of the amenities of home. Gorgeous view of the Gulf and the sunsets are so beautiful! A little bit of a mix up with my reservation being sent to Oceana but the on call Sandcastle Realty agent responded very quickly and the situation was resolved! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

Condo was on 2nd floor. Nice ocean view. Was clean upon our arrival. Only a few small maintenance issues which didn't affect our stay. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen could use some more items such as plastic cups. There were glass cups. Bare minimum to cook. The beach chais were nice. Overall would recommend. Check in staff was pleasant.

Overall property was nice. Our friends did experience some issues in their bedroom. A fortune cookie on the floor followed by duck sauce on floor, window sill and bedspread. We messaged and asked to have a replacement bedspread as obviously this one had not been cleaned from previous guest and though we had an initial quick reply no one ever came, nor responded to our messages Fri pm-Mon am prior to checkout. This was unprofessional in our opinion. The view and location were wonderful though and overall the unit was nice. We would recommend your cleaner wipe down high touch areas i.e doors, knobs, light switches, several smudges-we wiped a few and the smudges came right off.

January get away from Nebraska

Beautiful view, nice furnishings, warm pool, great hot tub! We made breakfasts and suppers there with adequate kitchen equipment. Wished for a bit warmer weather to get into the gulf waters but we enjoyed playing and walking on the beach with tons a sea shells to find. Great area and location for some R&R and family time!

Condo on the beach, nice pool & hot tub!!

The condo complex is right on the beach. You walk right out to the ocean! It’s beautiful! Very nice pool and hot tub! The condo its self is nice but it has been used heavily and it shows! The sofa is broken and caved in making it uncomfortable. Bedding is old and very thin, area rug is worn, floor lamp was broken, ceilings lights have not been cleaned. With that said we made it work because of being right on the beach and we liked the hot tub and pool! The bathrooms & kitchen were clean. There is road noise as the condo sits right on Gulf Blvd but the main bedroom faces the ocean so it is okay. The check process was easy. We needed extra blankets since it was very cold during our stay, the condo owners delivered blankets immediately! If the condo was better cared for we could have given the condo a 5 star rating.

Beautiful Condo and location

This was exactly what we were wanting. Location was perfect and the view was beautiful. The condo was very clean and spacious and was just a few steps from the white sandy beach and close to everything.

Great location!

The description and pictures are all spot on. What you expect is what you get (that's a good thing). The view is enough reason to stay here! The guaranteed and dedicated parking space was very nice to have (it was one of the reasons we selected this location as i read online that many places were so supposed to have parking but it's first come). The location is away from the active nightlife but close enough to walk to it if you want to. We were there right after hurricane Idalia so we were worried but they let us know they were checking on the property and then that it was good for our arrival. This communication was so helpful to know we were arriving without worry.

Family Vacation

Great property with AMAZING sunsets! Great location to stores and entertainment. Room was clean and fully stocked with dishes. We had a great time. We brought our 2 littles with us and they loved the beach. We collected a ton of shells.
