Overall it was a lovely stay. I was concerned a bit that the tub had some hair in it and the knob to turn the water off nearly came off of the shower wall but the beds and rest of the hotel room were very nice.

The property is very nice; unfortunately, since we were staying there during the COVID crisis, there had limited all amenities (food, pool, housekeeping), however, the staff were very accommodating to the extent possible. It was unfortunate that we had to do valet parking our last day (at $27/night), since they were repaving their parking lot. This is information that we didn't know about until chcking in and it seems like we should have gotten a break on that cost.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and attractions. Every single person that we interacted with from the staff was outstanding (very friendly and courteous). The room was spacious and had a coffee maker and mini fridge. We didn't use the amenities. Overall excellent hotel and staff.

We were in town to visit relatives, one who was quite ill. It was during the presidents cup golf tournament which is a very big deal. You had no golf channel on TV which is totally unacceptable from any hotel services we have had in the past. We travel extensively and this was very very disappointing.

Was there for a 2 night stay. Housekeeping neglected to visit my room at all. Air conditioning kept the room like a meat locker and the thermostat had little to no effect. No breakfast included, parking expensive. Doubt I will stay again, cheaper better options in the same neighborhood.

The hotel staff was not accommodating. The rooms offered were disappointing and dated.

Very good property. Good staff and location. Convenient to downtown and close to free downtown looper shuttle

Location in downtown St. Pete is great. It is clean, upscale, staff is friendly and accommodating. We are seasoned travelers and we highly recommend this property.

Did not like check in procedures. Room was not ready and never got a call as promised. Had to keep checking with desk.

What we liked, was the staff was very accommodating to our needs.

What happened to free wi-fi? 216.00 for our one night and I had to pay for wi-fi as well...

Hotel was seriously understaffed during our stay. We requested a roll away bed but never received it.

Short stay. Got in late and left at check out. Not much to report other than musty odor.

Older hotel in downtown in good condition near good restaurants and museums.

Short stay but couldn’t have been nicer. Just ran into no issues, and the staff was nice. The room and building were beautiful.

There were 2 things that affected my rating. The first was during checking they took my CC # for "incidentals." The next day I was told that I had to go back down to the Front Desk because they didn't have a number on file. Is there no way for them to tell that when they enter my card (which I used all weekend without issue) didn't get filed? And the room keys they gave me didn't work. The other issue was with the door to the room next to mine. The door would hit the jamb and have to be forcibly pulled to close and lock it. There was no way to do that quietly. We were woken numerous times as the poor next door tried to close the broken door. Not sure why that wasn't caught by the staff during cleaning but it ruined our night.
