The alarm was broken and went off at 4 am and would not stop. took 30 min to figure out how to unplug it from wall. phone was also broken so could not call front desk. it ruined out sleep.... front desk not helpful when we told them...

One person to check people in on a Griday night before play off game. Missed first 2 innings! Ridiculous for price

Dirty carpeting and dirty furniture (Sofa). Counter top structure for bathrrom counbter top broken. Coffee make could not be used because it is in a cabinet and when you pull the drawer out it wouldnt come out far enoiuigh du e to short electrical cable...

Like: close to bay front Dislike: room had problems (broken lock, shower didn’t work, water leak, handicap room); loud construction next door; dirty pool area.

Fui a descansar y resulta que me dieron la habitación q daba a una construcción la cual empezar a trabajar desde las 7 de la mañana..fue horrible había pagado dos noches y me tocó retírame y irme para otro hotel...ya q ellos me ofrecieron otra habitación pero pretendían q sacara mis cosas y esperar hasta las 4 para poder entrar a otra y en mi estado de embarazo eso se me hacía demasiado difícil, aparte creí que por ser un hilton la limpieza sería impecable pero no... la habitación se veía demasiado vieja los baños llenos de hongos no podía creer lo q vi cuando entre a la habitación me desepcione y el servicio en front desk pésimo muy la experiencia para mi haberme hospedado en este hotel no vuelvo jamas

Loved our room. Stayed an extra day. Beds were so comfortable. Place was clean. Staff was wonderful. Starbucks on site was awesome. Valet parking only at $27 per day. Would have preferred a gym and hot tub but location was awesome. F ree city loop shuttle right across the street Was awesome for getting lay of the land and recommendations from driver/guide. Dali museum sold out for a month. Darn! Walking distance to restaurants and St Pete Pier terrific!

Being charged $27 per day for parking. Breakfast not included even though I was told so by the reception desk. Food service was very poor, only one person, and $5 a cup for breakfast coffee, and having to pay for bottled water when I paid up to $189 a night. Getting charges resort fees when there is nothing not even a restaurant. No shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower dispensers. Called the desk, they said it would be fixed, 2 days later was not. They sent someone up to do it that didn't know how. I had to do it. Overpriced hotle for no amenities, bar, restaurant or decent breakfast service. There motto at breakfast, "You will have to wait 30 minutes". Will never stay here again for business or otherwise. Will publish thos on Trip Advisor as well.

Well really wish there was a paid lot that someine can tell me or had told me about . $20 for valet extra each day is a little much considering you can walk just about anywhere from hotel. I dont mind at all , this is not a bad review , but simply it asked if there was something you could do differently and i believe explaining parking optiins would be 1 of them. Thats it . Everything else was awesome. Im in ST Pete 2-3 times a month and would probably frequent more if there were better parkung options. I get it its DTSP parking is a high demand. But atleast offer

The hotel offered only ONE MICROWAVE for the entire hotel! With restaurant closed and Starbucks opened only until 1pm this was an extreme inconvenience. Staff did not take complaints seriously. Hallways were extremely cold. Cleaning staff was knocking on doors asking people to leave at 9 when check out is at 11. Valet parking would be a great luxury only if they were bringing vehicles in a timely manner and had more space up by the lobby.

Hotel could use a facelift but most if not all amenities were shut down, due to covid and possibly construction.

we had a beautiful suite. very comfortable. staff was very helpful and friendly. location is right across fro the Dali Museum.

Overall it was a lovely stay. I was concerned a bit that the tub had some hair in it and the knob to turn the water off nearly came off of the shower wall but the beds and rest of the hotel room were very nice.

The property is very nice; unfortunately, since we were staying there during the COVID crisis, there had limited all amenities (food, pool, housekeeping), however, the staff were very accommodating to the extent possible. It was unfortunate that we had to do valet parking our last day (at $27/night), since they were repaving their parking lot. This is information that we didn't know about until chcking in and it seems like we should have gotten a break on that cost.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and attractions. Every single person that we interacted with from the staff was outstanding (very friendly and courteous). The room was spacious and had a coffee maker and mini fridge. We didn't use the amenities. Overall excellent hotel and staff.

It sounds like you may be referring to the required authorization that is processed for every guest at each Hilton hotel. This is not a charge. This authorization is released back to you by your bank following your checkout, which is when we release the authorization. It can take a few days for your bank to release the funds. If this is not the case, I’m sure the situation will be rectified. We appreciate your understanding and your business.

We do not charge any resort fees, so please let me know where you may have seen this. We do have our breakfast restaurant open, as you noted, and there is generally no wait for a table, although the weekends can be quite busy and we are still trying to maintain a safe environment under the current conditions.
