Service was great, but the property itself was surprisingly dilapidated. The elevators took eternity, and there were no stairs on the first floor to be able to use instead of waiting for the elevators. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and the staff were all great.

I asked room to be cleaned twice and never was . Walls are paper thin. I heard girl screaming for 4 days straight.
PURE rooms were great for people with sensitive skin. Lyft rides easy to get. Paid for breakfast in advance, but the restaurant didn't open before we had to leave.

The alarm was broken and went off at 4 am and would not stop. took 30 min to figure out how to unplug it from wall. phone was also broken so could not call front desk. it ruined out sleep.... front desk not helpful when we told them...
