Lovely hotel, good location. Very clean. Nice bar, good food. A little pricey.

Great location! Close to downtown across the street from theater and museum!

The front desk staff is excellent! Toby, who helped us went out of his way to make sure our experience was beyond our expectations.

Was in town for a family wedding in Orlando and wanted to do a quick St. Pete trip for 1st Friday Art Walk. Perfect location. Staff was friendly and informative.

My conference was in this hotel, so it was good for convenience. The staff was ok regarding any assistance. The room service was not very edible. If I had to return for a conference at this same location - I'll be tempted to find another hotel nearby but will probably just stay for the convenience.

We expected better from this high profile hotel. Shame you had to pay extra for parking and internet access. Towels were badly stained and when we contacted front desk asking for new towels they never arrived plus Staff entering the room within the first 30 minutes unannounced. Didn't think it was value for the money paid.

The Hotel was nice - needs work on room furniture - but location is excellent :)

Staff is always pleasant. Rooms are consistent. Convenient location to Dali Museum, downtown St. Pete restaurants and concert venues, baseball and a great farmer's market on Saturday mornings. I love having a room that overlooks Albert Whitted airport and watch the small planes take off and land. Downside is that the TV doesn't have a guide to see what's on what channels, a bit disorganized. The bathroom lighting is nice but not bright enough when drying my hair and the mirror really isn't big enough. The power outlet on the TV Credenza is a great thought! Wish it was closer to the mirror in the main part of the room though so I could dry my hair with better lighting

This hotel is very clean, had a very friendly and helpful staff, and was within walking distance of many types of restaurants.

This was a business trip for my boss. He was thrilled with his room. It was right next to the elevator, so he thought it was going to be a noisy night. However, the room was nice and quiet, and huge; it was the size of four hotel rooms! The location was perfect for our needs as well.

We stay at the Bayfront every year when we go to visit my mother. It's perfectly situated down on the St. Petersburg waterfront, close to the highway, which makes driving convenient. The downtown, the shops on Central Ave., and Tropicana field are all within walking distance. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds are big. I like the fitness room downstairs. There's a CVS and Publix supermarket nearby, so we can get pretty much anything we need. Gratzzi is a terrific Italian restaurant across the street. We have really only one gripe: the hotel charges $16/night for parking. That's BS. This ain't New York City. You HAVE to have a car in St. Pete. The room charge should include parking. Nothing turns a guest off more than getting to the front desk only to discover a sleazy 10% mark up on their room!

We were able to take the shuttle to and from the North Shore pool and avoid difficult parking at the pool. The mini fridge was a big help and there is a Publix within close walking distance. Shuttle drivers were very nice. The hotel restaurant was not great. Some front desk workers were rude and not helpful with basic requests such as shuttle pick up.

We stayed in a king alcove suite and it was very nice. Extremely spacious although the bathroom was on the smaller side. The pool was very nice also!

The room was spacious and very clean. I loved it. The staff was also very courteous and helpful.

We booked for a local outdoor music festival. We were early for check in, so we lounged by the pool until the staff called early for the room even before the normal check in time. We'll definitely look into staying here again in the future.

I attended a seminar here for one day and stayed the night. Didn't really expect a lot but I must say, the facility was very nice. Mostly, I was quite impressed by the staff and their great customer service! That makes or breaks a hotel in my opinion. I would recommend for business trip.

Hotel is recently refurbished and is located in a great city, St. Petersburg, FL. The hotel is located downtown and near the bay. Great views. The staff at hotel are very considerate and compassionate. Foods at Tangerine 's was fresh and well seasoned..

We were placed by a travel website in a handicap accessable room. I did not realize this until I got to the room, although it was on the reservation -- my bad. The roll-in shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and into the hall. A tech was sent up to fix the drain. The next day it leaked again. The toilet was so high that our legs dangled in the air. We complained and asked to change rooms, but nothing else was available. Charles at the front desk was solicitous and gave us free breakfast buffets in the dining room and extra Hilton Honors points. Charles was very good and kind to us and was the best thing about the hotel. The room was large, with two areas and heat/cool units. One thermostat did not work, and a tech came uo to fix it. Two days later it broke again. The room did not contain a microwave. It did have a coffee maker and refrigerator. There was no tableware or china. Waste baskets (two) were thin, only three inches across. Breakfast buffet was good, with an adequite variety. Dining room, called Tangerine, was clean at the two breakfasts we had there, but was quite dirty at the one dinner we ate there, as was the wait staff.

Decent stay. Staff was friendly location was good. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about.

I've stayed at the Hilton in Downtown St. Pete several times and it continues to be a good convenient place to stay. It's near the water and the growing down town area. The staff was friendly, but nothing exceptional. If you are in the Bay Area this a great place to stay.
