What can I say absolutely superb a real secret gem all the staff are superb the rooms gorgeous, walking distance to a lovely bar Backwater, also the historic Columbia, also free Trolly Dolly to town and free courtesy buggy ride to beach with complimentary sun lounger & parasols Couple of negatives the hotel bar needs updating looks locked in the 80’s though the bar staff are superb they deserve better and the self laundry machines need replacing full of rust and some clothes come out with black streaks from the central spindle all I can live with for the beauty of this hotel not too big and not too burn and churn like the Clearwater beach hotels would I recommend absolutely i was sad when we checked out One more note be careful of the courtesy bikes you can easily fall off

The people were very nice from the front desk, to the pool staff and my bell hop guy. The room I had was up to date and had a wonderful view. I loved the trolly access.

I travel very often and I was amazed at the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. Even though I was stuck in the elevator and fire department had to get us out through the emergency escape hatch, and we had to climb out the top . lol other than that fantastic. Thank you
