The Cozy Red Room is a private room in a three bedroom apartment on the fist floor of a two family building.

The property is an evolving oasis in the middle of the Upper Hill community of Greater Springfield. The property which comprise of a small cozy back yard lawn, is in the center of the “Education district” of City, with Springfield College at the southern end of the avenue, American International College at the northern end of the avenue, Springfield Technical Community College to the west of the community and Western New England University to the east of the community.
