My kids love the snacks they provide 24/7

Hotel parking is difficult and cars were parked on the street due to not enough spaces. Room has not been updated in a long time. Nice wood furniture, but room had cracks, ripped carpet, and broken drywall. Hot water also stopped working, staff was responsive and advised they would have maintenance look into it. Hot water came back for a few minutes then nothing but cold again. Lastly, there is an additional resort fee of $25 not mentioned on Orbitz website.

It was an ok hotel for the weekend! There was a man in the front desk who was rude and annoyed when we went to ask questions and other inconveniences in the room.

Good clean and affordable place that’s well located.

Clean great staff and great location

Our stay was very nice, but the rooms could use some refreshing. The barn door to the bathroom was very heavy and hard to close and had gaps on both ends when closed. Other than that, the room was nice and we had a nice stay.

Once we arrived they notified us of addition hidden fees at the time of check in of $50 a night. What was i suppose to do? Its labor day weekend and we were already there, so i had no choice. The outside facilities were dirty, tipped over trash cans, bins overflowing with trash. Staff was rude and smirking when mentioning the extra fees. This place was run down. Complimentary breakfast was a joke, paying $600 for 2 nights i figured the breakfast might be decent but i was wrong. I definitely dont recommend this place nor would ever go back. Spend your money elsewhere.

Toilet kept running after each flush. Bed linen smelt musty. Pool was not as pictured. Would not stay again

wonderful pet friendly hotel with a great restaurant and bar

We chose to book 3 rooms at this hotel because we figured Wyndham wouldn’t let us down in comparison with some of the mom and pop hotels/motels in the area. Boy, were we wrong! This property is comprised of 3 former hotels that Wyndham has purchased and “fixed up” (a term I use VERY loosely here) to make one big hotel. All 3 of our rooms were poorly “fixed up.” This place definitely got what most would call the “Landlord Special.” Crappy workmanship made the place look dingy, dated, and just plain sad. Random wires/cords coming through walls and going to no where. Phones that aren’t even connected. Bald spots in the carpeting. A toilet that rocks when you sit down/get up. World’s smallest shower (I couldn’t stand under the water unless my nose was an inch from the wall in front of me). A structure that feels like it’s about to crumble any time someone closes their hotel room door/walks by. Banged up furniture that clearly lived it’s former life at another Wyndham property. An in-room safe that isn’t attached to anything that anyone could literally pick up and walk away with. **And before Wyndham comes at me with the “Well did you let the front desk know about these issues??,” what would be the point of that?** These aren’t things the kids working at the desk can take care of. These are issues Wyndham needs to solve. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig… Overall, 1 star is a generous rating for this hotel.

My car was hit in the parking lot and they didn’t leave a note. I asked the office for video surveillance and they had none. Nothing they could do they said. We had just checked it and went to grab some food when this happened. Unfortunate start to a vacation.

Location was great. Could use some updates, especially in the bathroom. Shower pressure not too good. Shower got hot and cold as you showered

Terrible experience! We stayed in room 230 and there were rats !! We could not sleep the whole night, they were squeaking and making a lot of noise. I called the front office and they said: “in Lake Tahoe are no rats, we are in the wilderness, maybe it is a raccoon or a squirrel”. Seriously!! It was a 4th of July vacation, planning to have a lot of fun and good sleep at night, paying $500 per night and that is their excuse? We are in the wilderness…. A lot of rats between the walls!!

Biggest issue was that in their drive for modernization they installed sliding doors for bathroom that had no way of locking them. plus there is no exhaust out of bathrooms so no real circulation esp on winter days. Additionally the rooms were cramped with very little space to move around. only positive thing is that its very close to the heavenly village area so you can walk to it without worrying about parking.

We were in the older building. The room had no bath or hand towels. No toilet paper nor anything to hold the toilet paper. Bad lighting and missing light bulbs. I will never stay here again. As I was leaving another guest was telling his family let’s get out of this dump . Overcharged for a room that looked like this. Can I have some kind of refund?.

The location was perfect!!! The room was big enough for two. The cleaning not so great. Lashes and hair around the sink and floors. Walls and shower dirty and hair on the towels that were left in the room for us to use.

Dear Sal,My apologies for the trash and appearance of the facilities, i will share this feedback with my team. The resort fee of 25 per night that we collect on site is written in your email confirmation. The additional 25 per night was your pet fee.
