Nice Quite Clean Rooms Except Trash Under Beds And Hair In Tub

I like everything about extended stay the employees in the office are extremely friendly and caring during this pademic . The housekeeping is the best I seen thus far and very clean out of most local hotels

The staff are friendly and helpful. They truly do their very best. There is a critical need for security after 9 PM in the extended stay america hotels

The hotel was easy to find and in a quiet location near the highway. However the overwhelming number of signs placed all over the parking lot that told people to remove all their valuables from their vehicles made me feel uneasy like it's pretty common for cars to get broken into. I checked in late at night so there was no front desk staff and the housekeeper had to check me in, which I found unusual. Another thing I found unusual was that it's the guests responsibility to empty the trash and bring their dirty linens and towels down to the lobby. The room itself was spacious and had plenty of amenities such as a kitchenette and full size refrigerator with freezer so it would be suitable for multi-night stays. The free breakfast consisted of a big bin of granola bars which was another disappointment.

I didn’t like the way I was treated as a guest! I want a refund for my stay. The hotel attendant checking me in was very rude & unprofessional. The hallway smelled like urine I expected better since I’ve stayed at other locations.

I booked a specific type of room and drove all the way from Brooklyn, New York to be told the specific room i wanted was overbooked and sold out. I left and went to a different hotel and paid double. Horrible service.

Everything was clean, but old and falling apart. There’s a plunger next to the toilet, which clogs almost every use. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I brought my dog under their rules...they were very kind and welcomed her as well.

They canceled our reservation without even notifying us. We arrived at 2 am and they said that they were overbooked! Terrible service!

When I arrived the front desk said there weren’t anymore rooms available and did not honor my reservation. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to waste my time.

Some smell of smoke in the hall. Carpet in room needed vacuuming. Looked like some cat litter here and there. I think it’s a pet friendly hotel, which is good in my book.

I had a non-smoking room which was on the 3rd floor. The entire floor smelled heavy of smoke. I was moved to 1st floor which was much better. The loud sounds coming from vents in the bathroom, noisy refrigerator and the sounds in the halls of people entering and exiting their rooms who were near, sounded as if they were trying to enter my room.

Candace at the front desk was very pleasant when I checked in. I needed items for the kitchen and my hands were full so she brought them to the room for me. Over all the stay was good for what I needed. A place to shower and rest at the end of the day.

They gave me an occupied room and put me in danger because the occupants were scared and thought I was breaking in

This hotel was nice and clean and the staff here was great. A++++++++++

Good location with clean rooms and staff who are pleasant.
