Candace at the front desk was very pleasant when I checked in. I needed items for the kitchen and my hands were full so she brought them to the room for me. Over all the stay was good for what I needed. A place to shower and rest at the end of the day.

They gave me an occupied room and put me in danger because the occupants were scared and thought I was breaking in

This hotel was nice and clean and the staff here was great. A++++++++++

Good location with clean rooms and staff who are pleasant.

Nice clean hotel, the staff was real cool. Would recommend staying here, full kitchen.

The room was not cleaned and I experienced that in 2 rooms. There was hair in the shower, bathroom counter and refrigerator. I was not pleased with applying my earned orbitz dollars on this reservations.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, as a stopping point mid-way between flights. I had a very hard time finding the hotel. When I arrived, the front desk was understaffed and I had to wait about 10 minutes. In my room, one table had sticky spots and the remote was missing. The front desk brought me a remote within 1 minutes of my call. Guests in the front of the hotel were loud and foul-mouthed, but I didn't ask the front desk to do anything...Another guest was complaining about the hotel...said she'd been there for 2 weeks and was miserable. So, this is not a good place for small children, what with all that bad behavior. In the morning, I needed extra time and had to practically beg for late check-out, at 1pm. First they said - okay, you can check out at 11:30, and then they said, okay...12. Finally they agreed I could check out at 1p.m. I will not stay at these hotels again.Ano

In 2 days we had 2 fire alarms wake us up in the early A.M. ruined our sleep. Room smelled like cigarettes and hallways like weed! I guess a decent place to stay, just needs to be tidy up a little!

I stayed here in the past with my wife and our dog and it was fine since when traveling with a pet your options are limited. I stayed again during a business trip and the experience was not good. TV lost all signal due to rain, the hot water in the shower barely worked and made the loudest noise I've ever heard and someone was running a vacuum at 3 AM

There was no housekeeping for a three night stay, the rooms looked filthy. And the wifi kept disconnecting the entire stay. And the receptionist told me I had to troubleshoot on my own.

It is not a bad option, if you need to stay somewhere for a month at least. The built in kitchen is great, but don't expect any usual hotel service. They don't have 24 hour maintanance, so if your toilet brakes, you're in trouble. There is no breakfast, dining or daily housekeeping, although the rooms are clean and well kept. It is not a bad value afterall.

The room was very small and hot, and it wasn't clean. The bathroom was tinyand provided 2 towels, and no hand soap. The kitchen was ok but the trash stunk. The bedroom was small the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. We reserved a room with a queen to king bed and got a full size. Not to mention that the staff was very unfriendly. Not a good experience.

Hotel is in a great location. Room had a kitchen area which is great for a longer stay. It does not encourage business travelers at it gave the impression of a rental building. The bed was not stable and it made a lot of sounds. TV was old and picture was not great.

Excellent location. Accepatable room, it was clean.
