Great stay even though they were under renovations.
The check in/out was easy. This place was better than I expected affordable and clean. If I travel back in the area I would go back and stay here again.
The hotel was near so many stores and food places to chose from. I liked the style of the hotel too. How it had free breakfast , but didn't make it myself there on my 2 night as I was sleeping in. The only thing I didn't ;ike was that you are able to hear everything through the next room and hallways. Most likely will be staying there again if I need to relax.

The property was very nice. The reason I graded it down was because it rained and a particular drip hit the exterior of our air conditioning/heating unit just right to make a loud and annoying "ping!" I was about to ask for a different room when I figured out what was making the noise, so at 3 am I went outside and put a stack of towels under the drip. That fixed it, but it was not a very restful night.
LOVED this hotel. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was huge and delicious. Decorated beautifully and clean and well maintained. Free parking was a huge plus.
Friendly and accommodating staff, easy check in, clean, quiet, great hot breakfast, centrally located to many attractions, awesome pool and hot tub with beautiful patio furniture...Room decor was bright and colorful and pictures were fun and had a beachy vibe...will definitely stay here again and would recommend to stay here! Price was great... everything about this place was just perfect! Thanks Wild Palms Hotel!
The trash in the bathroom wasn't emptied from prior guests. The shower in the bathroom did not work properly - was not swtiching from the faucet.
I really liked this hotel. Not expensive, clean, breakfast was good. Location was convenient. Staff were friendly. I'll stay there again next time.
The property is a little older, and the room I was in was on a busy street. Therefore, I had a good amount of road noise in my room. However, management saw my comment and offered to move me to another room the next evening. I was only staying one night though. Additionally, the parking is not secure, meaning there is no dedicated garage and it's not gated. Management said that they do their best to walk the grounds to ensure the safety of the vehicles. The room was cute, and clean, and staff friendly, but I don't know if I would stay there again. It's just a personal preference.
I was waked by talking from next door start around 5:30am for two mornings.
Not what I expected, location is so-so, to many tourists, parking lit is dangerous for break-ins (but the police was there in the afternoon).

Hip decor, good location, big hot tub with a cool waterfall/fountain/pond feature next to it. Full hot morning buffet spread that made me nostalgic for elementary school breakfasts (in a charming way) and surprisingly palatable coffee...staff was super friendly and helpful. ***Not a complaint, but be advised that the bed, while comfortable, is EXTREMELY springy! You’ll feel every movement from your partner. Would 100% stay here again.
Rooms are clean and spacious. There is ample parking and they serve a really good breakfast. I've stayed there twice and had a great experience both times!
