Clean room, friendly front desk breakfast tbd

Out of 10 hotels we stayed at on our trip this one was the worst. The heat did not work in our room, there were no extra blankets, the desk staff were rude, the hot tub and pool were cold. I would not stay here again.

Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was nice. My boys enjoyed the pool more than anything.

The lobby was absolutely stunning! The room was very outdated and had stains, cracks, and was in need of a deep cleaning from top to bottom. We will never stay here again.

I was unable to be checked in when I arrived. There was very limited breakfast. The room was warm and never cooled off.

Myself and my two young children arrived at the hotel and check in was nice and easy. The man at the front desk was friendly. That’s the only nice thing I can say about our stay. We were given our room number and key cards, but when we arrived at our room, there was someone already staying there! We were assigned a room that was already in use. We went back down to the lobby and informed the man at the front desk. Instead of giving us a new room right away, he made us wait for 10 min in the lobby while he “checked the situation”. When he returned, we were finally given a new room. The room we were given was disgusting. The carpets were damp and the smell of the room reminded me of a gym. The whole room was damp and humid. The bathtub had a huge brown stain in it, along with a lot of mysterious hairs all around the tub. Our towels were also covered in hairs and black smudges that I could only assume was mascara from a previous guest. During check in we were told that a hot breakfast would be provided the next morning, but when we arrived at 7:45 for breakfast, we were told that the employee that was in charge of cooking breakfast never showed up for work that morning. This was the worst hotel stay I have had in a very long time. I do not recommend that anyone stays here, ever.

Staff was super nice, location was easy to find and access.

Property wasn't up to standards,dirty sheets, restrooms were not cleaned. This hotel has truly lost its value

I enjoyed the convenience of close restaurants and local stores close to the hotel

This is a very nice hotel, really clean and staff was amazing

I didn’t like that I had no idea about the incidental fee... and also it wasn’t full breakfast. Other than that it was a good stay.

Liked it all..great customer service..room cleaned..bed very comfortable
