Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Was not greeted at desk csr on her phone during entire intake. She said “name” sent me to a room not cleaned by housekeeping, came back to front desk waited 10 minutes for her to send us to another uncleaned room! She never apologized in fact told me she’s not responsible for housekeeping and is not to blame for sending me to 2 uncleaned rooms. She then wrote down several room numbers and headed to elevator said nothing to us! She came down and sent us to rm 214 it’s now after 10 pm we’re tired and just want to sleep. In the morning we discovered how truly unacceptable this room was! Furniture in need of cleaning and repairing. Gum on carpet, an exploded soda frozen into an extremely ice caked freezer unusable! Dirt caked in the corners of bathroom substances running down several walls and window sill full of plaster chunks from top of window leaking. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working and floor in front of it is caving in! Just couldn’t let this go I was so disappointed won’t return here ever and discourage anyone from staying here! Must compliment the sweet young lady at front desk upon check out I’m sure she would’ve have treated my family better than the rude lady on her personal phone call during our intake whom at least could’ve apologized for sending 3 elderly people to 2 uncleaned rooms without a word of concern or sympathy. Thank you for listening and I hope you do better but I’d never stay there again!
