The facility is depressing, drink machine did not work, staff was minimally conversational, I would not recommend or stay here again.
People running the place are just horrible.Talking religion during check in. Lied and said we were smoking in our room even tho we were walking down 3 flights of stairs to our car everytime. They called the police on us so I had to speak with two of Showlows finest,who were very nice by the way. Much more professional than the hotel managment
We had visited this property 2 years ago and it was horrific this stay. The grounds we’re severally unkept, the hallway floors were dirty, there was black mold growing in the shower, the Emergency door exit off the pool was locked, the room had a broken night stand, the mini fridge was not level. We had to constantly go and ask for extra things in our room; shampoo, soap, towels and toilet paper.
When we checked in there was no toilet paper in room.
I thought the beds were way to hard did not sleep well at all.
Loved the indoor swimming pool! Room was very clean.
Clean, comfortable, nice hot tub and pool. I just wish there were bedside lamps! The ceiling lights were too bright to read by.
Stayed 2 nights. Nice, clean rooms. Quiet. Off of the main road. Received 12 inches of snow overnight. Parking lot cleared as soon as possible. Convenient. Only con....thermostat didn't seem to work correctly. Heater didn't seem to turn off automatically. Will stay again if in the area
The room was terrible! The carpet was stained and dirty, there was mold in the shower, coffee packet from previous guest was dried and crusty in coffee maker, mirror was cracked. The final straw was the bed, it was hard as a rock with very thin linens. We did not stay the night, we went to another national chain down the street.
The room had no comfortable chair. The breakfast was very sparse. would not recommend this place.
We have stayed at high price hotels and payed a lot more and received less than we received here at super 8. The indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. My only complaint has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, it is the unruly parents of the unruly children, they let there kids run wild and yell up and down the halls while others try to sleep. The hotel staff tried to resolve the issue only to make the parents mad and in turn the parents write negative reviews. We plan on returning to this hotel on future get aways. I would highly recommend this super 8.
The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, the location was great. My only complaint was that the towels were very small, scratchy and thin.
Although the hotel was repairing the ground floor after damage due to flooding( burst pipe) the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.
