Clean, modern room, nice property. Great breakfast selection, free parking & WiFi. Wasn’t particularly pleased with room location & front desk staff- I arrived just 20 mins before check in, was told the room wasn’t quite ready yet, so I said I would just wait in the lobby. Then I was told it would probably take longer than 20 mins, so we left to go eat, but I was told I would receive a phone call when the room was ready. 1.5 hrs passed with no call, so we went back- room was ready but no apology. Then we were put in the room right next to the restrooms & there was a banquet happening- all we heard was stall doors slamming for hours (which also vibrated the headboards each time). The next day at checkout I mentioned this, and was just told that my room was usually a preferred room. Oh and I didn’t get offered any bottled water or “anything for the road” like the other guests were offered when they checked out. I guess they are selective on who they are nice to here…
Clean lodging and pleasant staff in a very convenient location. Pity there is not a service elevator.
The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was included! Among the standard eggs, waffles and cereals, they had unexpected healthy options like green pressed juice and smoothies. Next time I’ll bring a swimsuit for the indoor pool!
When we checked in there was no mention of water problems. We went to bed and the heat was so inconsistent we both thought we were running a fever. Needless to say not a great night sleep. When we got up my husband got in the shower and ran out of hot water. I didn't get a shower. When we reported the issue, the front desk explained that they had called all the rooms yesterday to alert the occupants of the problem. Since we checked in after they called, we did not get alerted to the issue. When we complained, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.
No regular coffee in the room, only flavored stuff. Ladies behind desk said only housekeeping had access to it, but could certainly sell me some off the display...really?? Have to pay for coffee??

Very nice and cozy location, very clean and friendly staff. I wish, though, that they were two elevators in the property, other than that it was a very nice stay.
We had a very nice stay. Room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kids loved the indoor pool and hot chocolate at night. Breakfast was fine. We'd stay again.
Enjoyed the staff and room so much. Pool and hit tub were great. Nice quiet relaxing time.

The Hampton Inn was clean and centrally located. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
The staff is friendly and respond quickly to your requests. The room was clean but a bit small (since we requested a rollaway and were traveling with ski equipment more room would have been better). The fitness room was clean as was the pool. The whirlpool however had 3 feet of foam on it, so we didn't use it during our stay. Breakfast was adequate. The only drawback to our stay was the elevator. They only have one and it was broken during the last evening and morning of our stay. Yes, we were on the 3rd floor so getting our stuff to and from our car was a challenge. Will stay somewhere else next time.

I am so sorry you had a bad stay. I am assuming you were in room 122, and guests do like that room Jennifer. I apologize that you did not receive a phone call, but I do hope we did update your information when you first arrived, otherwise we would not have had information, since that doesn't come over with your reservation through Expedia. We do have complimentary water for our Hilton Honors members, and it doesn't appear you are a Hilton Honors member, but if you wanted some water, we certainly would have given you the water. We are very nice to everyone and each guest, no matter who they are or how they book, they get treated with genuine kindness because we want you all to have a great stay. I hope that any future hotel stays you have, wherever they may be, are without incident or frustration.

Well I am so sorry you had such a bad stay. The problem had actually been fixed and just needed to let the water run a little longer because we did have to shut the water off. I also am sorry the heater was too warm for you. I do remember my staff telling me they spoke with you and apologized about the hot water. We always want our guests to have a great stay so I am very sorry that didn't happen for you. I do hope the future hotel stays you have are without incident or frustrations.
