Location was good Proprietor was not on premises and needed to be called for check in and check out. There was no ice, no extra blankets. I arrived during a torrential rainstorm and had to wade through six inches of standing water in front of my room.

It was nice to have 3 beds but the room was really cramped. As is common in Seaside Heights, the bathroom was tiny and there was virtually no room for any of us (3 people) to change or do any thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful about parking and it was nice to get free beach passes. They were great but it really was too cramped for the cost.

It is in a great location. The boardwalk was a block away! Check in and Check out was easy.

At first, this motel looked good for the money and location. However, after check-in, it was a different story. The wi-fi password didn't work unless you were standing in the office. As soon as we went up to the room, it disconnected. One of the outlets did not have a cover plate and was hanging out of the wall. There wasn't any hot water after one shower, not even the next morning! Speaking of the next morning....I walked into the bathroom at 6:00 am and ants were all over the bathtub. The swarm kept growing and growing, pouring in from the wall...and we were on the SECOND FLOOR! At that point, we decided to leave and go to another hotel. The owners said that they would spray but I have asthma and did not want to breathe in chemicals. Then she said that all the hotels have ants because of the hot weather and the air conditioning not reaching every part of the room. So NOT true! She also didn't care that we were going to write a poor review. We managed to get one night reimbursed after arguing for 10 minutes. BOTTOM LINE--You get what you pay for. The owners did not care. There are better places to stay. Find them.

The office people are very nice and helpful. I have stay there many of times and I have never had a problem..going to be staying there again in the next couple of weeks

Grounds were clean, room was clean and tidy, check in people were especially nice. I didn’t give a perfect rating because of the noise. There was a loud party till like 2am. Other than that I would recommend.

The motel is dated but clean. Staff friendly. Microwave, refrigerator and a 2 burner electric stove included. Nice TV. Old Mattress. Block from boardwalk. Also close to restaurants in town that offer better food than the boardwalk junk. They use strong room deodorizer and I had to open window and door to air it out. Then room air was breathable. I'd stay again.

We stayed here for three nights for 4th of July weekend. It was a last minute decision to go to Seaside Heights so we didn't have much to choose from. This place had the best reviews I found based on the availability. Never again will I stay there. The room was dirty!! We had to buy wipes to clean off the table, night stand, toilet, sinks and door knobs. The sheets looked clean but there was a hair in my bed. The bed spreads looked old and dirty. The beds were old, hard and one was sagging on the side. There was a small refrigerator and microwave, that was a plus. There was a two burner cook top that did not work. The mirror in the bathroom was streaky and dirty looking. It was obvious that no one cleaned it for a long time. The trim along the bottom of the walls had dirt caked on them. I walked around the room with flip flops on because I was too afraid of what was on the floors. The shower was filthy on the bottom of the tub. We had two very small towels left for us and two wash cloths. Both seemed clean but are so small I couldn't wrap it around me and they were very rough. The price of the hotel was way too much for what you got. I understand it was a holiday weekend but this is only a 1.5 star hotel. Also, the pool looked clean but tiny.
