The staff really tried to accommodate us. Orbitz website said every room I looked at had the availability of a roll away bed. Not so. Only rooms that can accommodate this is a suite. They weren’t available so we had to rent an additional room. Inconvenient but we made it work. Rooms need some minor maintenance repairs.

Very cute, really tries to have the look and feel of Santa Fe. Great room for the price, kind and friendly staff. A great place to stay in Santa Fe. But you can't walk to anything here, you will have to drive.
The room I stayed in was huge! They was plenty of room to move around. The hot tub was a bit cool for an outdoor hot tub. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
This has been 'our place' in Santa Fe. This was our first stay here since covid, so we were surprised to find that the bar and restaurant had closed. Big bummer!
I booked a junior size room with two double beds and a balcony and paid extra for it. When I got there they told me I was getting a king size bed. I asked about the balcony and they said they didn't know. I got to the room and it only had a king size bed and no balcony. It was like a dungeon. I asked for the room I book and they tried to blame Expedia and I told them I did not have my confirmation from Expedia but Orbitz. They said they hated working with them, Expedia or even Orbitz and said that they always send them the wrong type of room. I had the confirmation with me and they would not even look at it. As for the room, tough luck, they were booked full. It was all a lie.
We dealt with extremely noisy people in the room above us. We tried calling the front desk several times and got no answer or were put on hold indefinitely.
This was a really fantastic property. Fantastic pool and jacuzzi. Bar and restaurant were closed, so that was a bummer, but other than that a great stay.

There was no mini fridge. There wasn't a fitted sheet on our bed, it was just a flat sheet so when we would move around, it moved too. There also was no clock in our room.
Filthy, bugs, soiled couches, broken smoke detector, odorous...i was unable to stay here...i checked out after ten minutes...had to drive an hour and pay out for another hotel. Tried to get my money back, the hotel is not answering the phone or emails, orbitz refused to help in any way. Check out trip advisor for fotos of bed bug bites. Last time i book through orbitz.
Nice place to stay. Rooms are rustic; beds are soft. The only knock is the lighting in the room and bathroom is awful. Too dim and yellow.
