Everything about this magical place worked perfect for our visit. Location, service, the room size, pet friendly, parking, price and amenities.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff members and follows the covid-19 policies. You can tell that the rooms are well sanitized.

The property was clean and good for the one night stay I had.

Ice machine was in a questionable area and laundry facilities were not clean; overnight stay so I can only base my opinion for 1 night

I liked everything. It was nice and had good staff.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. 10 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was ok. Would definitely stay again soon. Bath tub is clogged but I manage to take a shower.

They didn’t have our reservation in their system. We had to find another place to stay. We need a refund

I liked the view of the mountains and within walking distance to the Railyard district. I did not like the fact that the shower kept changing from hot to cold and no room change was offered. I thought they were completely full every night. I also did NOT like paying $15 extra per night to have access to WiFi. This charge also included h facility, pool access (closed) and breakfast. The breakfast was terrible. I ate peanut butter on toast with juice most days. I was told that since this reservation was made through Orbitz, there would be no compensation for the shower. I found the daytime manager to be cold and uncaring.

I was super impressed with our brief stay here! They have really upped their game in terms of decor and amenities. It’s nice to have breakfast and coffee onsite in the morning. And the bar and fire pit at night was a nice touch! The staff just could not be nicer, as well. The only bummer was the leaf blower outside of our room at like 8:30...wish that could have waited til I was properly caffeinated.

Very convenient location, nice room, and very clean!

They are very Pet friendly and with the park located behind the facility the accommodations were great! Letting us sit on the patio with our pet dog while we ate was great! First thing waitress did was get our dog a water bowl! Great location next to rail yard and art museum was a definite plus!

Mostly that the property is aging and showing it. Like the location.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and they have a very nice breakfast buffet. It was close to all the venues that I needed to get to while I was there.

We arrived exhausted from a day of traveling, eager to settle in for the night, get an early rise and be on our way in the morning. The bed sheet was badly stained with coffee (a 12” x 8” stain). It took 40 minutes and 2 reminders to get a replacement. First time the maid came with a duster and spray can saying she did not speak English. The floor looks like wood in the picture, but it is vinyl and depresses with air bubbles when walking. The bathtub in the pictures looked fine, but in reality it is dull and the fixtures are not shined clean. We could hear every step that the guests in the floor above us took, so be sure not to get a ground level room. The heating/air conditioning is a wall unit which runs noisy. The room had one dull lamp so we could barely see. I didn’t notice that this is actually a motel, not a hotel which is pricy at $165 per night. Breakfast is at 7 pm. We left 6:30 am. Many hotels pack a breakfast for early leavers, not this one. Our one-night room was paid for in advance, yet I had to complete a form which included my driving license number, email address and cell number. I have no problem with checking my ID, but I do have a problem with their insisting they keep this information in their records. Normally we would have moved on to other accommodation considering all of the above, but we were so exhausted and just wanted to crash so we grudgingly complied and crashed.

Staff was very nice and helpful breakfast was great
