The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Using the shuttle to get to the Plaza was so convenient. There was plenty of parking, and the location of the hotel was great. The room was clean, but we did find a piece of dog food on the floor the first night we stayed. The floor itself was also weak in some spots, and the room was a little muggy. Other than that, the hotel was nice but definitely needs a few upgrades.
