Enjoyed my stsy here. Have one of the best breakfast buffets of any hotel i have stayed at. The Social has the best taco Tuesday around. Safe self parking. Farmers market on Saturday is a short walk away

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy, onsite parking. Room was small but adequate. One of the best breakfasts of any hotel i have been too. The "Social" is part of the hotel. Excellent food. Taco Tuesday is the best.

More staff needed at breakfast to fill buffet. The entire facility needs up grading. First hour in the room we had to call for maintenance because the toilet was beginning to over flow. Although we were told that someone was always on the desk so an early check out was not a problem. The lobby was locked when we tried to check out. Rooms were only cleaned or restocked if you requested it.

Fair breakfast choices. Room was dirty: brown poop-appearing substance on mattress pad, gross! Tables, etc with recent stains that just needed to be wiped!! Air conditioner filthy, had to be cleaned. Driver yelled at me when wanting to switch seats for non-working seat belt and yelled, “Limo laws don’t require seatbelt use and no other customer has complained!” Then he almost hit 2 cars on our short 10 minute ride which made the passenger in the front seat yell at the driver, “Hey watch out,” as he held on for dear life. He was told by the driver that he had never had an accident! Then the driver’s cell phone rang and he answered it and held it in his hands and talked! I got out at the first stop! I was also told I had to pay $200 extra because the third party was to instruct me of this for the crummy breakfasts and the shuttle service from hell. No thank you to this overpriced service un-down hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Stayed three nights. No WiFi, or when it worked super slow. Verizon also has poor coverage here. Could not login to do work. No clock in the room. Loud plumbing and random noise. Breakfast was comparable to any holiday inn etc. not sure why there are so many reviews complementing the breakfast.

the only thing going for this property is it's fantastic location! sadly, the rooms are extremely rundown and the front desk staff barely looks up when you're in need of their service. we asked for our rooms to be cleaned once over the course of a 3-night stay and that never happened. wi-fi barely exists, even in the lobby. they tacked on an extra $15 fee every night for 'amenities' we did not take advanatge of: shuttle/breakfast, etc. when we inquired about removing those fees from our bills, the manager said he would do so immediately and subsequently, did not. when we phoned him, he said he would not remove them. our fault for not getting that in writing. this trip to santa fe was as wonderful as any of our visits there but for the money we spent there are plenty of nicer places to stay that have pleasant and well-informed staffs, updated, clean rooms and working wi-fi to research all the things available to do in this magical city.
