Great location, and friendly staff - particularly Donny.

To close the bathroom door, one had to step to the side of the toilet next to the tub! The ac was on its last leg. The unit would clunk on, then cycle through, and then clunk off. During the off cycle, there was absolutely no circulating air. The tub shower was pretty pitiful. We had to place one suitcase on top of the mini fridge, the other on the desk. There was a reading lamp only on one side of the bed. Whoever created the web page for this hotel did a masterful job of hiding it's serious limitations. The staff, tho, was very nice. We asked to change rooms but there were none available. Second night we just had to open our window, and we were on the first floor right beside the outside stairs leading to the second floor. They did have love music the first night, and that was nice. Technically, the property is in "Old Town," but it was close to s mile walk along s busy thorofare to get to the plaza square.

Had a pet room that was quite dirty, like the only thing done was the linens....mold in the bathroom and dirty floors......but they did let us have our 2 dogs.....so that was better than sleeping in the car....

Beds were comfortable, quite a popular place and they encourage socializing. A full breakfast and other amenities were an add on, which I did not catch: $15 a day. Location was excellent, second floor rooms were quiet. I had to move to a different room after the first location was near a generator that wheezed all night.

Very clean, great breakfast, only downside is no hot tub.

Was clean and quit good for resting. But very noise when the other people use the shower and toilet

The breakfast was quite tasty ,better than most hotels).

The stay was sleepless due to a tarp covering remodeling equipment popping in the wind all night. The staff made good on it though.

Very good hot breakfast. Rooms were nice and close location to plaza!

Was expecting a nice place and got a GREAT place! Very clean and a nice restaurant. Friendly staff.

It's a very short Lyft ride to anywhere you'd like to go. The hotel bar is nice. The only complaint is the room heater kicks on and blows ice cold outside air for a couple seconds before actually heating anything which wakes you up pretty frequently.

Good location, walking distance to the Railyard and the Santa Fe plaza. Breakfast was also good and the onsite resto was nice. Staff were friendly and they even gave us an upgrade to a room with fridge. Property is dated though, the bed covers and decorative bed pillows have a musty smell. Bathroom is really small with some stains on the walls.

Our keys to get into the room did not work- we had to call and someone came to give us new ones. For some reason I had to register twice and wasn’t told about this until final night when new key no longer worked. Had to go back to office to get a third key! I have never been unable to get into a room! Also they ran out of butter for breakfast. Yes it will a holiday but they didn’t care enough to have provisions.Food wasn’t good anyway.

Close to downtown and good breakfast. Room small and dated and that was a superior king.

Fantastic free breakfast, shuttle bus to the square, friendly staff

It was a short stay though I enjoyed every bit of it. Nice staff and a cozy clean environment.
