The friendliest staff. Very close to Santa Cruz. Gorgeous bar and outside patio. Very happy I stayed here. Also, modern room to boot!

The hotel seems very new and is very well decorated. The bar wasn’t open due to COVID but it looks very nice & the outdoor seating (also closed) looked like a great place to sit and enjoy the evening. Staff was kind and attentive. Only issue was the restroom walls were filthy. Stains, splatters, and smears... some of which were suspicious colors and near the toilet.. so that put a damper on the stay.

The whole place looked clean and new. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything you would need. The shower was huge! We would stay here again.

Clean hotel and a very large room. There were some disappointments here considering it’s a decent hotel. I found it a annoying there are no glasses or wine glasses in the room, even upon request. I was told it’s not covid related, but it’s for safety if the glass were to break. The pillows are old and uncomfortable. Strangely there was no lighting or lamps in the seating area of the room. They gave us one bath towel; when I called down to get another, I was told to come to the front desk. Overall, not very detail or customer oriented hotel

Cost of hotel beyond exceeded the value we received. We paid $250-$300/night here for a 3-night stay. I understand it's a new hotel but come on!! You need to figure it out ASAP! Primary issue: when you put the sign up on your door that says to "come back later" to clean the room, make sure to have the cleaning staff actually come back later. We had our sign up until noon every day and then removed the sign when we left for the day. Staff never came so we actually never had our room cleaned the entire stay. This was ridiculous.

It is a brand new, very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, it is very loud and you can hear everything in the hallway and the surrounding rooms.

It is a brand new, very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately, it is very loud and you can hear everything in the hallway and the surrounding rooms.
