Rooms don’t have microwaves, refrigerator is on The floor, poor lighting in room, and they charge $5.00 per day for parking. They did not tell me that when checking in. Only found out when got bill at check out. No signage of ice machine location on 3rd floor and had to ask where it is.

The room was clean and the bed was very roomy there was a very small stain on the bedsheet but no bugs and it smelled clean. The bathroom was very nice and spacious but the floor do get slippery easily just be careful. 10/10 I would recommend and stay again

We arrived at the hotel at 7:00pm on Friday 11.28.25 Had to wait one hour before our room was ready. Was told due to our rate we had to wait. I asked what if we arrived at 3pm, no answer. Then told that they were short on staff, a few called in sick. When room was ready i gave the nice young lady a tip and thanked here for getting our room ready. I have used Expedia may times, but this a first for me. On the fence about hotel and Expedia

On the positive, the hotel and room were clean. Check-in was easy and quick. There’s a little bar and section you can buy some snacks and drinks. We stayed here on Thanksgiving night and booked about 2 weeks before the trip. The hotel didn’t price gouge like other hotels in the area, so that was nice. On the negative, my wife and I found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable. We travel a lot and are used to hotel beds being on the firm side, but we both tossed and turned all night. I also found the bathroom setup weird. The shower is kind of pentagon shaped (5 sided). Two sides were the hotel walls, two glass side walls, but where you would expect a door there wasn’t one. It was just wide open. I took a shower and water got all over the floor in front of the sink. I also found that the water did not get very hot. The combination of the open air shower and cooler water temperature left me chilly and in a rush to get out. In my hurry to get warm I neglected to clean the water up right away. Of course my 6 year old daughter went in to brush her teeth as soon as I got out, slipped on the floor and completely fell to the ground. It was totally my fault for not cleaning up the water right away, but I don’t understand the reason for not putting a door on the shower. Besides that, the hotel isn’t bad if it’s just for a night. I would hesitate to book here again if I was staying any longer than that.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley was excellent! The staff really stood out — everyone we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. You can tell they take pride in their work and in creating a positive experience for guests. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel made our stay feel relaxing and stress-free. The only small challenge was the shower design. The open door style looks modern, but it caused water to splash onto the bathroom floor. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning in case it can be improved. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The great staff and clean, comfortable rooms made it a very pleasant experience!

The room had a strong smell and the windows were open to possibly air it out? The bar closes at 9 yet when we rushed over when we checked in at 10 to 9 the bartender told us it was closed. Who closes a bar at 9 on a Friday? Last time we stayed the restaurant didn’t serve dinner. We went and got burritos (Thanksgiving weekend) and sat in the sitting area where they do serve food. We were told we can’t eat food from the outside in the area and they made us go outside in the cold to eat. Staying at the Hilton next time. This place failed too many times.
