This hotel is not just being renovated, it looks like the property is not open. There are piles of dirt and gravel all over the place, there was no path to our room from the parking lot, it was gravel. There’s no breakfast or cafe, even though their listing says there is. The ‘garden view’ room with views of the city are looking at a uhaul storage unit. There were sequins all over the floor of our room, which makes me feel like they’re not sanitizing and cleaning like they say they are. It was very noisy through the night, I am assuming it was the construction workers since you have to be on essential business to be there. They were pounding on doors and yelling at 230 AM. To top it off there was a creepy guy with a cat sitting in his room with the door open, watching me load all my stuff into the car. I have stayed in this hotel many times through the years but I won’t be back. I don’t know what is going on here but they at least need to update their orbits ad.

Hotel was under reservation. Very shady characters around making noise all night. Felt very unsafe

The refrigerator in the room did not work. There was some mold in the shower. Plus the pillows on the bed was bad

Stayed here out of convenience because the conference I was attending was being held there. $400 a night (including all the local taxes etc). For that you get a spacious suite. The staff was pleasant and the food available at the sports bar/restaurant was fair to good. There are no vending machines or hotel store to pick up necessities or snacks, but the gas station next door has a small selection. Now the bad news. My room smelled like a cross between a dusty cave and an un-ventilated underground parking garage. I asked for another room. It too smelled the same. I gave up and decided to try and air it out. Of course the windows were blocked from opening more than a couple inches. However I was able to lift the window out of the frame and get some air in the room. I still had a faint order even after 3 days. The shower head was corroded and would not adjust properly. It would either come out with a stinging spray or a thick dribble. The shower and sink did not drain properly. By the end of a shower I was standing in ankle deep soapy water. Shaving meant leaving a coating of soap and facial hair in the sink. The mini-frig was so loud I had to unplug it. The TV was plugged into a wall socket that was connected to a light switch. Took a while to figure out why the TV would not come on. Not a terrible thing, but annoying. There is a Starbucks and a Subway near, but other than that you will have to drive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet room.

Nice clean hotel.. centrally located..good staff..nice pook and hot tub

Nice beside breakfast was not really good hotel was clean and nice

Clean room a lot parking and close gas stations, only bad thing levis stadium not that close

We were there and we’re looking forward to have cocktails, dinner and we were told that they were closed just that one night because of the holiday! What holiday? It was 3 days ago! Too much and it was disappointing and ruined our stay in that aspect

Good location but poor staff service and bad bathrooms

Liked the space and amenities. Didn't like the roaches. Saw 2 in bathtub area and 1 at the sink crawled out while using it. They were small but still.

The lobby and the public spaces are great, but the rooms themselves are very disappointing. Quite dull and in poor quality. The breakfast was also low quality. The parking was good though.

Was disappointed to find out about half their rooms are motel style with no elevator, detached from the main building. When we got to our room i called the front desk and asked for a room in the main building to which they said, the rooms in the main building only have one bed. Even with a family of 4 we opted for the one king bed as there was a biker convention there and i didnt want to have them smoking outside my window, which they already were. Next time ill pay the extra cash and stay at the Hilton closer to the park

Pics are deceiving. Property is old and rundown. I figured based on the price and pics it would be MUCH nicer

There were roaches in our room... they did not provide soap and shampoo they did not replenish the cups in the room

Easy to find clean facility. Bathroom updated and clean. The hallway where my room 109 is located smelled, tho. No vending machine.
