Good location but poor staff service and bad bathrooms

Liked the space and amenities. Didn't like the roaches. Saw 2 in bathtub area and 1 at the sink crawled out while using it. They were small but still.

The lobby and the public spaces are great, but the rooms themselves are very disappointing. Quite dull and in poor quality. The breakfast was also low quality. The parking was good though.

Was disappointed to find out about half their rooms are motel style with no elevator, detached from the main building. When we got to our room i called the front desk and asked for a room in the main building to which they said, the rooms in the main building only have one bed. Even with a family of 4 we opted for the one king bed as there was a biker convention there and i didnt want to have them smoking outside my window, which they already were. Next time ill pay the extra cash and stay at the Hilton closer to the park

Pics are deceiving. Property is old and rundown. I figured based on the price and pics it would be MUCH nicer

There were roaches in our room... they did not provide soap and shampoo they did not replenish the cups in the room

Easy to find clean facility. Bathroom updated and clean. The hallway where my room 109 is located smelled, tho. No vending machine.

Good- Great overall experience. Staff was great, rooms were cleaned, property was well maintained.

Got a suite with king bed for a great price! Nicely appointed and comfortable.

This is falsely advertised as a hotel when the rooms are actually a motel. Very disappointed in Orbitz. You need to do better.

Noisy neighbors. Showers next door were loud. Plumbing and air conditioning noisy. Car alarms going off. Doors need to be cushioned so they dont slam. Otherwise the food in the restaurant was great. Staff too.

Wonderful staff and very nice hotel . Properly located

First of all, I have never left a bad review for a hotel despite some less than positive experiences. My family and I stayed here for an overnight layover and would have been better off trying to sleep on a bench in the airport. We checked in at 9:00 and the windows of our tool were literally rattling from the loud music coming from the two parties that were being hosted in the banquet rooms there. I went to the front desk and they said that the louder of the two would be over at 10:00. It seemed weird that they were unwilling to ask the dj to turn down the music but I let it go and figured I could put up with it for 45 minutes. Before 10:00, the other party cranked up the music louder than the other party! I called the front desk at 10:15 and they said not to worry because the party was over at 11:00. We were trying to sleep at that point and I asked if she thought that the volume was appropriate for that time of night and she said she would call the manager on duty. The volume never changed so we just waited it out. The music stopped at 11:00 but the party moved out to the courtyard where people were yelling, drinking and using drugs. I called the manager on duty after 20 minutes and they said they would alert security. It didn’t quiet down but I was able to fall asleep around 12:00 am. I was woken up a few times with the noise but things really got out of hand around 3:30 when the partying turned into screaming which escalated to fist fights. Stay away!

The check-in was a frazzling experience. The front desk attendant assigned us a FAR-OFF room way in the back..It was difficult to find!
