The room was not set up to accommodate a wheelchair when entering. A chair was in the way. The remodel to an accessible room was substandard with the old finishes still present. The beds were good. There were not enough towels provided for the # of occupants.

I didn't like how far my room was from the lobby.ihad to drive bac and forth..but other than that i booked another room for next Sunday i slept like a baby and breakfast was good

Staff was friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable. Only stay here if passing through

Rooms were not super clean, shower curtain was dirty, the shower flow was minimal, only 1 towel was provided for a stay of 2 adults and I teenager. The beds were not stable, the moved from the entire foundation. The TV was barely hanging on to the wall and colors were distorted. All surrounding guests were loud and traffic in and out of the rooms at night was non stop causing noise and not being able to sleep or rest

Friendly staff. Rooms in rough condition. WiFi unreliable

Staff was kind, efficient and friendly. Check in was very smooth. Room was relatively clean and VERY updated from our previous stay a year ago. Amenities were above expectations, coffee maker, fridge, iron and board, hair dryer. I must say for the price, you really can’t complain. It was pretty quiet and free from street noise. Water pressure left much to be desired but the shower was clean. The only major downside is the bed. It’s maybe the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever experienced and I woke up both days of our stay with a major back ache. All in all, I would give it a 6.5/10. In a pinch, you could do a lot worse! I would give it another try as it is quite obvious the owners are making changes and eager to update the entire experience. “A” for effort!

The check in was smooth, and pleasant. I was accomadated from an upstairs to a downstairs with no questions asked, I just had to wait for awhile so they could clean it.fine. we went to lunch. Came back the room door was open. We hadn't left anything in there yet so okay, no biggy. The room for 4 people was very small. There was no towels, there was a collaborated gallon of milk in the fridge among other things that was left. I thought they had cleaned! But anyway, the floor was dirty, the tub was dirty, the toilet was dirty. So, I doubt we will use this hotel again.

The bed coverlets were really dirty, something looking like blood on them, otherwise everything was as expected for a 2 star hotel.

Clean, quiet, working fridge and microwave. All the standard amenities. Staff was attentive to needs.

There were drug dealers handing out in the parking lot all night, loud people above us and outside the room, ceilings were patched/not painted, floors were dirty, lampshade was trashed and there was no remote control for the television. I did not feel safe leaving my room at night

Let me begin by saying the front desk staff was helpful. The room itself and the people hanging out in the parking lot made our stay very uncomfortable and the constant noise outside disturbed our sleep. At all hours. There were a lot of suspicious people in the back hanging out in cars. The sheets and towels, although they smelled somewhat "clean," were grossly stained. We slept with our clothes on and took quick showers. The room came supplied with about 20 squares of toilet paper, but again, the front desk staff was accommodating when we asked the office for resupply. The morning staff was also helpful with local attraction advice.

Rm was garbage connecting door 2" gap on the floor. Meth heads smoking next to my truck. Checked out at 2.5 am. So my tools don't get robbed. Unsatisfactory

Came here to stay for the Danish Days in Solvang, and even though that was a busy weekend, the room rate was very reasonable. Not an upscale motel, though. Nice wooden floors and granite counter top. Some paint was worn off the walls; the room's appearance could be greatly improved with some paint touch up.

The staff was very good to work with, the hotel was not very nice however it lacked some fundamental amenities such as a breakfast.

I did not use the shower because it needed repair.

Bed is very comfortable, although the queen size looks more like full size. Room is warm and clean. Grocery stores nearby. Nice mountain view waking up in the morning. The only drawback is the wifi was not working!

Furniture did not match. Microwave sat on top of mini fridge pushed into corner. Bed was hard and sheets had lint balls and worn spots. Covers not clean. No trash can anywhere on room. Also seemed, by the people hanging around outside rooms, like it rented rooms monthly or that people lived there. Overall not good and fiancé almost left men over my choice of this hotel. Lol

Bad condition, the nonsmoking rooms, smell real bad...

Ready bad experience bed sheet had blood stains, roaches all over the room
