There was no hot water for a shower in the morning and the front desk didn’t answer the phone. My husband took a cold one. I had no shower. We told the front desk at check out and asked for a full or partial refund. They said we need to go through you, and that staff won’t be able to refund any more than 20%. We said that was not enough, so they advised us to contact the manager, Rola Rizk, and gave me her card. I sent an email to her less than an hour ago explaining the situation and asking her to flag our request and authorize an increased refund. I would like forward the email to you can give me the best address. Thank you, Dyanne

I have stayed at this hotel several times over a 10 year period with good experiences which is why I chose it for this trip. The staff was great. However the property seems run down. The sliding door onto the patio of our street side first floor room did not lock securely. The spa was out of order both nights of our stay, which disappointed my granddaughter very much. And the microwave was out of order on our floor. We also did not receive fresh towels on our second day.

Staff was lovely. We stayed for three nights in Oct. ‘25. We complained about the noisy freeway and they moved us. Unfortunately, we were then next to a busy street. My suggestion would be to stay in a courtyard room to avoid as much noise as possible.
