The internet went out consistently. The phone didn't work. Bathtub plug didn't work. No fan in the bathroom. Room smelled like smoke.

Easy check in. Easy parking. Comfortable bed. Nice pool area with some nice fire pits. Nice coffee station near the lobby. Friendly checkin staff.
Staff was excellent. Breakfast great. Beds very comfortable. Hotel is older and being upgraded. Sheraton should continue to upgrade.
Staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is not bad. However when I arrived to my room the pillows smelled liked old sweat, the bed was lumpy, and the fridge made a really loud noise. It was hard to fall asleep when the bed is so uncomfortable and the pillows smell.
Good location right across the street from shopping and restaurants. The room was in need of an update throughout but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the on-site restaurant had good food and drinks.
Older property that has been renovated. The room was perfect. I parked in the back parking lot and it was very dark back there. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Nice place to stay that is conveniently located to Bay Area cities.

I really liked the fireplace and fire pit that was outside near the pool. The room was spacious and the amenities were great.
