Clean & comfortable. Very friendly staff & comfortable bed. Right next door to the airport but very quiet until the morning.
Staff was very nice, but the property is very dated
On the positive side, the hotel is convenient to the places that I needed to go. On the negative side, no one notified me about the housekeeping schedule (every other day), the hot water pressure in the morning flowed slower than the Santa Maria River, and the room furnace was binary (either way too hot or way too cold).

Beautiful property, good beds, great pool and hot tub. Lack of trash cans available in rooms, hallways, and pool area. The few that they had were too small and constantly overflowing and spilling onto the ground.
The room provided did not have a working ac. Had to complain and switchover to another room. Front desk guy gave me an attitude. Look below from the elevator - the big tree, sides of the elevator all dirty. Power socket on the side of the tv was dirty. This property needs to be redone !

I reserved this property and paid hefty amount hoping it would be a clean and a 3 star property. But carpets are stained and furniture has breaks and cracks. My main concern is the cleanness of the Carpet. The Hotel seemed very old as well. I do not feel like staying at Radisson in future. They should replace the carpets badly.
