My daughter left her purse on the floor only to wake up the next morning to see her purse chewed up by rats. We complained to the management staff and they said that there was nothing they could do because we booked through Orbitz and not the hotel. Room was old and run down. Hair dryer was broken and plug falling apart. TV had no guide and minimal channels. The restaurant located at the hotel has been closed for I don’t know how long. Highly recommend staying away from this place. I would have rather slept in my car. We will be requesting compensation for the rat damaged purse, just gross!!!!

I payed for the suite with a kitchen to cook since I have kids and the stove didn’t work & when I told the manager or lady in the office she said I payed for that and that’s what I got and I’m explaining to her I bought a suite with a kitchen just to be able to cook on my vacation & she said in her words ‘you guys should’ve woke up earlier for breakfast in the front ‘ and I asked to speak to someone else or a manager or higher up and she declined that and ignored me . this is also going to the city as well because how badly me and my family got treated !! And everything was video taped as well . Thankyou . There’s roaches as well & she tried charging me for another room because me and my family were on the steps closing everything up 7 minutes after our check out .

Im so sorry to say this but the toilet seat in room 121 moved LITERALLY MOVED EVERY TIME I USED IT!!! Lamps were just almost out of place trying to turn them on never happened and the room upstairs they said was not able to get the water right temperature for a shower I feel they need to keep up with maintenance really we are paying for staying in this place they need to have inspection make sure things work properly I love the people working there trying to be so HELPFUL AND THE FRONT DESK SAME but very poorly maintenance so very sorry about it!!! Their beds very noisy not right!!!

Very polite staff. Clean rooms and beds. The hotel is a bit old, and from the era when smoking rooms were more prominent. But it was clean. We ran the AC to cover over the smell, and the unit didn’t really love being on all night. But other than the faint smell of old smoke it was a nice stay.
