It was refreshing to go to a hotel and seeing the staff smile and working to improve our experience. Haven't checked out the breakfast yet, but I'm quite pleased.

Worst breakfast we ever had in any hotel. Everything is tasteless, bagels are old, seem like at least 4 days old. Scrambled eggs and bacon are not eatable. "Fresh" fruit salad is not eatable - fruits are not rape at all. Melon is hard as raw potato.
Hotel staff was very nice the breakfast was a nice surprise! Room decor was a little dated wallpaper was peeling. Overall pleasent stay!

Stayed in an executive 2 queen room. It was huge! Comfy beds, nice big shower, quiet property.

Nice hotel. Loved the room with a kitchen and balcony. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large. Close to town.
Everything was great about this place except for one thing. This is my second time staying here and would stay again. The only thing that I didn’t like staying this time was the check-in employee. He would not stop talking. We were a 11:30 arrival and we’re dead tired and really just wanted to get to our room. At 11:30 at night, i don’t need small talk about all your favorite movies, I’d just like to get to a room and rest. Otherwise, nice property.

It was conveniently located to Vina Robles for a concert we were going to. Bad thing was that we arrived around 4 pm and didn’t get our rooms till almost 5 pm.
Liked everything about the property except the wait for the check-in time. Check-in time was supposed to be at 4:00 pm, however room was not ready until 5:00 pm. This being said I do understand that staffing is an issue nearly everywhere.
