When we arrived for check-in, the front staff welcomed us warmly, and we had a smooth check-in. The room is good, but in the bathroom toilet flush wasn't working properly. We had to hurry up for sensorio lights, so we didn't pay much attention to it and just left and came back very late in the night after spending time around the city. The next day morning, my husband went to take shower and noticed the water is not draining and he had to come out without even finishing a proper bath. When called the help desk, and gave a complaint about the toilet flush problem and water clog, the front desk lady casually said, for toilet flush, you need to keep pressing multiple times, only then it will work :( and said she will send someone for the bath clog problem. But no one came until 10. Finally, the guy came and tried to fix it for a while, but it didn't work and went to get some other tools. As it was getting late, and we didn't even have breakfast yet, we went downstairs, and the front desk lady didn't even bother when we said, it was not fixed and it was check-out time. When my husband asked her to at least compensate us in some way, she said, you booked it through orbit, so you talk to them. So, we had to just check out and leave. I always book through Orbitz for many years and this is the first time we faced such a problem. We will never ever stay in this place again for our future visits.

Despite some negative reviews, we found this property extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. We even had to change the date of our overnight stay and Orbitz made this very easy, with no hassles at the front desk. The room was spacious and well-decorated. With a kitchen and a fireplace, we ended up just staying in the room once we checked in and didn't leave until the next morning. It's not the kind of place that would be our first choice every time because of the price, but we will definitely be back.

Property was clean and inviting. Staff were extremely friendly and kind. The outdoor areas were a nice added touch. We asked for an upgraded room that had a fireplace. The suite was lovely. Spacious and comfortable after a day of traveling. On site restaurant was convenient. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent a weekend at The Property. I called ahead to see if they would accept our small dog (6 pounds) and we were told that they are not pet friendly. They also have no EV chargers. Staff was very attentive. Restaurant and bar were disappointing also. Had breakfast and the food was extremely bland and the cream/milk on table for coffee was bad. Just a bit of a bummer of an experience considering we had such a great day of wine tasting.

Property is beautiful and Zack the manager is great, but air and the front desk woman made my stay an utter hell. She was rude and unprofessional from the minute I walked in. first, she tried overcharging me, then she gave me two keys that did not work so I had to walk down to the front desk again with all my luggage and she smirked when I had to ask for keys that worked. Lastly she refused to give me a printed invoice and said since I used a third-party company I had to contact them and she would not help me at all. when I asked her to speak to Zack the manager so he could help me print out an invoice she said I’m not allowed to talk to him. She hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Unbelievable.

Our room was nice. It needed more light in the bathroom and a new hair dryer. I did have a kuerig which was a nice touch. Location was good also for wine tasting. About 3 miles from down town. Enjoyed breakfast and one dinner there in the restaurant. I would stay again.

It was beautifully decorated and the staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated the 12pm check out didn't feel rushed out, I would stay here again.

This Hotel was very nice inside however my stay was not satisfactory. Below are the issue I had with the hotel. 1) not enough staff to be check in, it took about 25 minutes to check in. However Erin at the front desk was lovely and apologised 2) The refrigerator was not plugged in. 3) When ordering from the onsite restaurant my wife bit into her sandwich and there was a piece of policlin in it from a broken plate. "they did comp this item" 4) No spare blankets in the room for the pull out bed This hotel is actually beautiful however I believe they need to pay attention to details with many things. Positive items 1) atmosphere 2) Beds were very comfortable 3) Jacuzzi tub is big in the room 4) location to the winery's in the area

Despite some negative reviews, we found this property extremely clean and the staff was very friendly.
