La Bellasera Hotel And Suites

The staff is probably the most friendly and helpful that I've come across anywhere. We stay there a couple times a year and always have the same pleasurable stay. The hotel is always clean and rooms are setup very nicely.

Hotel is very nice! Food was excellent and the wine selection good. Property is not close to downtown so you feel a bit captive unless you call a taxi or Uber.

The hotel staff was courteous and engaging and the accommodations were spectacular.

We loved it and plan to go back soon. The bed was comfortable

We had two kids, one of which was a toddler. They did not have cribs, so gave us a mattress for the floor. When we asked them to make up the pull out bed and the mattress on the floor they handed us sheets and asked us to do it ourselves. This is supposed to be a AAA 4 diamond hotel. Not sure how it got that rating.

We arrived about 9 PM. We were upgraded to a Suite. Very nice, however bed was way too firm for our sleep comfort. Access to a mattress topper would have been nice. Everything else was wonderful .

The staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming. They gave me a free upgrade at check-in, which was gracious. Unfortunately the room was worn and needed a refresh, which made me think this hotel was closer to a 3 star rather than a 4 star.

This was our first time to Paso Robles and were just staying one night for a wine tour. We couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel. We are very particular about where we stay when travelling, and La Bellasara met all of our expectations. I called the day before to get some help booking a wine tour, and James was so helpful and accommodating. Upon our arrival, Cammie helped get us into the room a bit earlier, got us set up with our transportation and continued to check in to make sure all of our needs were met. The hotel room was very clean and roomy. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful room accommodations. Large and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant on site was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

the rudest staff ever, ruined my stay completely. I will never stay there again. I had reservations for 5 guests, we had beds for 4 with a huge tub in the middle of the room. the rooms are dark and they have no windows to open, they are claustrophobic. the bed was so bad I left my family in the room and slept in my car.

Nice restaurant in hotel, easy access to all wineries as well as the charming square in downtown Paso.

While the price seemed fair for the value we were somehow expecting more luxury. No wine tasting except on weekends, some problem in the hotel with wet carpets on our floor, and really few amenities. Maybe it was an off time, not sure. The room is very nice and comfortable. Loved the bed and it was quiet. Pool was full of children and fairly small. We heard excellent things about the restaurant but unfortunately we had already made reservations elsewhere. It is nice, but feel badly not giving it a better rave review.

Dinner at restaurant was good. Staff helpful in telling us where to go in Peso Robles.

Nice large rooms with comfy beds. Even though we faced the main road, we did not hear the traffic. The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient to the wineries, downtown, etc.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, wonderful service. Wanted a nice room for a special occasion and this room was perfect! Completely enjoyed our stay, hated to leave.

This was a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff was tremendously friendly. They were extremely helpful.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortably furnished with a wonderful bed, down pillows, large fluffy towels, coffee maker, and plenty of amenities. The entire staff was very committed to customer service and were eager to please. We thought it was closer to downtown Paso Robles, but still just a short ride. Even though it is very close to the highway, we were not bothered by any traffic noise. We would be very happy to stay here again whenever we are in the area.

We have stayed here a number of times and really enjoyed it. The staff is good. Rooms are clean and noise free. Free coffee in the morning. That being said the internet situation is bad. I had to work this trip and I got dumped so many times the first morning I left to go to a coffee shop. When I mentioned it to the staff they said I could go across the street to Hampton Inn. I did, which was OK, but I would have preferred to use the room I was paying for. Further, we couldn't even get on to map out our trip. Typically, I don't travel with work, but if you do, you might want to reconsider this hotel.

Great room with wonderful hot tub bath. Great restaurant on site with neat out door dining.

La Bellasera is a beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Our room was upgraded without us asking!! The whirlpool bath is amazing :). Loved our clean room and the bathroom is awesome! One night we decided to eat in the room so I called down to the restaurant and ordered dinner expecting to walk down and pick it up..the nice young man said he would bring it up to us and not charge a delivery fee!! The food was absolutely delicious :) we were very impressed with this hotel & will definitely return.
