Charming old inn with a nice view of the bay from some rooms. We could hear neighbors in the room above us. Accommodating staff except the only waitress didn't show up for breakfast.

Property was nice but needs some updating. There was some small wall damage/pant areas. Bathroom shower door hardware above was old and dirty. Exterior carpeted stairs were really worn. Wouldn't take much to bring this nice location up to snuff. The bathroom shampoo and soap liquid dispenser bottles in the shower were empty. Called staff in morning and they said if I walked to the front desk I could have them, they were short handed on employees that morning to drop off at our room...

The property is beautiful. The staff is rude in hotel and restaurant. The room was decent. Bed was ok. Bathroom was nasty. Pink mold everywhere in shower. Someone’s old razor long black hairs all on the floor(don’t have black hair) the tile floors were almost black and when we layed towels down to step out of shower they were black with dirt. Mold on the ceilings of the bathroom. Pool and hot tub nicely heated but need refinishing. I wouldn’t stay here again. For reference we stay in Pismo all the time and cheaper more rundown hotels are cleaner a people way friendlier.

Simple accommodations. Nothing fancy for sure.

While the grounds and overall appearance seems nice, the room was a bit run-down. Paint chipping and some wear on walls. Also, my room had dirty towels left by the sink and no soap bar, even though the cleaning staff had already been there. The promotion I got was advertised at $100 night which was a fair deal for what I got, I suppose. It was a clean room, nice bed. The take away food was convenient and tasted fine from the restaurant. But the hotel lost power the next day during my conference call and I had to check out to go find wifi. They were apologetic, but nothing much more could be done.

We loved the fact that they had a pool and a jacuzzi. But we could tind the timer for the jacuzzi to start the bubbles. It was a very comfortable stay.

Very clean room and cozy bed, close to the water and kind staff. Parking was easy. My only issue is it was pretty loud. We had to wait for the guests upstairs to go to bed before we could because the floors were so loud and creaky. I wouldn't recommend for light sleepers.

Expedia listed King Suite Bay View Patio. It’s not a parking lot and partial bay view. The patios aren’t clean. Built up dust and diet, my husband had to rinse balcony guardrail so we could lean on it, the decks filthy. No towels in bath room. Also left over trash from razors etc left on windowsill from who knows when? Pools nice, but both pool and spas outdated and needs to be relined. Beautiful hotel but they need the revamp the place, and be more thoroughal about cleaning
