I do not book again. Too expensive. No coffeemaker. No enought light

Found 2 or 3 piles of the previous guest's hair all over the bathroom floor. Looked like someone had a haircut in there and obviously the maid neglected to clean. The iron in the room just smoked and didn't work. The coffee was out at the "breakfast". What a mistake booking a room here!

Had a great stay was in town for Goddaughter's wedding right place right price

NO dishes horrible rooms . It was for valentines day and we didnt even have dishes!!!!

The attendant at the front desk was nice and super helpful. She directed me to a fun bar that was about a mile and a half from the hotel and we had a lot of fun there. The room, however, left plenty to be desired. The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets left me itchy. The bathroom only had 2 bars of soap and towels. Luckily, I had brought my own shampoo. There was just a brown curtain where the closet door should be and when we opened the curtain, there was just a make-shift shelf. I'm making the room sound horrible and it wasn't that. It was clean and left me no reasons to complain to the staff. It was just old and not what I would normally be used to. Everything was in working condition, just older. I booked the room the day of my stay and I wasn't looking for fancy. I got what I paid for.

Looks like linens were not changed from previous stay and so were towels. Bathroom was stinking.

Had friends came as a surprise visit, tried to get a room for them. Since I lived closed by this hotel so I went there in person but was told by the lady at the front desk they are sold out for the day. Checked online and all the online booking sites were showing this particular hotel has rooms available. So, made a reservation and went back there again. Right at the very first second the front desk lady saw me, she just gave me a look says "what are you doing here again??" . I told her that I made a reservation online and she started raising her voice "How? I have no idea how and why you made a reservation? We are completely sold out!" and walked away to the back office. I assumed she was calling her manager or someone who is in charge. After disappeared for about 10 minutes, she just started working on the PC and saying the same thing again "I don't know how you made the reservation?". Then she looked up and said we are going to get a room which is still under remodeling which maybe missing a curtain, matteress or something?? So I asked "Really? You are going to give me this kind of ROOM that cost $140.00 a night??" Then she raised her voice again but not even looked at me "Well, we are completely sold out but I have no idea how you made a reservation". Can't stand her "excellent" customer service skill any longer, I told her this is the problem between your company and all those online booking sites. You should report to the Managment instead of asking the guest. And I requested to look at the room first based on her descriptions but she refused ... Make the long story short, the room was as disaster as she described, only smell like fresh new wet paint, microwave is not working, low batteries on the smoke detector so making that "beep" sound all night and found out no water from 10am - 3pm for the whole week the next day ......

We were there for medical reasons that included surgery and were put in the room with the dog relief area outside. we had no pets with us but there were pets in the hotel and they were not staying in this area. Definitely will not stay here again and will also tell anyone going to Milpitas to avoid extended stay hotel chains period unless they just don't care or are desperate Did not request pet facilities

Low price for a studio in San Jose area. Just about $50/day when I booked in Orbitz. But the staff is not friendly, also only clean room once in a week. You can't get refund if you want a shorter stay after you check in.
