Staff was rude. Parking lot had several RVs with homeless people living in them. Room was filthy. Lacked basic amenities. Will never stay there again.
Dirty bathrooms and refrigerator
This property was very deceiving from the pictures. I’ve stayed at La quintas inns before and let’s just say this one was not what I expected. The phone wasn’t working the shower the tub would get filled up w water pretty quickly while showering.
Great area, helpful staff, room was full of spider webs and vents clogged with dust (inflamed my asthma a little).

The door looked like it had been broken into and you could see out down the one side. The toilet also moved when sitting on it, very unusual.
Did not even have some of the basic amenities. Everything had to be asked.
Shower didn't have good pressure, fridge didn't work, I wasted some food, and forgot some items in the closet and I contacted to claim them, they said they were there at reception and I drove for over 1 hour to collect them, and there was nothing, besides the front desk was clueless and did not help, I gave up with it because I had a flight to catch. WiFi didn't work on my mobile.
The toilet is somewhat stuck. I informed front desk and left a note to the cleaning staff. Nothing was done. Poor cleaning.
Good for one night, mattress was not comfortable.

The only problem I had was that if the reservation was for 4 and they only had 2 towels in the room and we were so tired and we can’t call room service unless you scheduled it a night before we were only staying for one night
I do not recommend this property!!! I felt unsafe. The bathroom was gross. There were homeless people all around that area and one tried to break into my room. The property was unkept. There were limited staff who didn't do much.
Toilet loose. Cold water in shower was broken. They wouldn't send maintenance until morning. We had to get it working ourselves and they fixed it in the morning. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in before. The front desk couldn't help with the TV. Told us it was recently updated and didn't know how to work it. I own a hotel that's 100 years old and it's in better shape.
Big king suite room was perfect for us and our grandchildren.
This is not the La Quinta I’m used to staying in. This is nothing more than a motel using the name. The air conditioner had to be turned on with the plug. There is no adjustment for temperature or fan control. The beds are nothing like those at the La Quinta. This is an old sad motel that’s been run down for years. It was expensive but not worth the money.
