Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. And someone tried to beat my door down at 6am after getting no sleep. The shower looked like a prison shower and the bed had cigarette burns all over in a non smoking room. Absolutely awful stay.
I liked there all around Attitude and that they also have breakfast in like the other locations that show they have breakfast

Overall appearance was good. Well lit front & parking. The most I didn’t like is the same as all hotels; when there is 2 stories of rooms but not enough parking close to your room.

I did not like the fact that the person that was at the front desk tried to insist that I should take a two queen bed smoking room when I reserved a king bed non-smoking and I was forced to show him my reservation and forced to insist that I receive what I paid for and he finally relented after insisting that there were no available king beds and that the mistakes was made on Orbitz in and not him trying to change it but I insisted that he showed me the screen he was looking at who refused because my reservation was exactly what I ordered finally he relented and said it was a computer mistake
Staff was friendly. You get what you pay for. If I was on a budget, I wouldn't mind renting here again.
Glad we had a reservation. Everything booked for miles for the big weekend. Hotel was clean, nice and convenient for everywhere we needed to go.
My room was clean and comfortible. The staff was friendly, but they were not at the desk when needed. The location of the motel was very inconvenient from Ft Sam Houston or The Riverwalk. The money I had to spend on Taxis was horrible. That ended up being a very big expenditure for me on this trip.
Clean rooms, Quiet neighborhood, Many , many restaurants within walking distance, including next door. Staff was great. friendly, helpful. Really made the visit worhtwhile. We went to Sea World, Riverwalk and even downtown. Right next to freeway made traveling easy. Never had such a great expeirence with a hotel.
