Loved the rooms

A bit difficult to find, tucked behind a large shopping area. Otherwise a nice hotel with good amenities. Only an 11 minute drive to Thunder Valley for a concert. I’ll be back.

This hotel is fine for an overnight stay. Room was comfortable, updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fine. The lobby/breakfast area is so weirdly small and cramped. They get you for parking for $12. Total rip off, especially considering when we got back in the evening there was none nearby!

The property was under contruction. Woke up to hammering and drilling. Dust all around the floor.

Very strange location and difficult to locate. Room very small. Hard to get around the bed from one side, and the bathroom door couldn’t open if someone was at the sink. The breakfast was very mediocre. The standards did not equal the price.

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and the courtyard was well kept.

The outside of this property, the location, the breakfast, and the staff, were all great. All linens looked and smelled clean. The kitchen in the room seemed pretty clean. We requested a king size bed, and got a queen, but it turned out okay. The halls and elevator didn’t smell clean. My biggest complaint is the bathroom smelled like urine. Also, I feel like they need to take out the dark colored carpet and put flooring in. There was carpet in the bathroom vanity area. Removing carpet would help a lot with cleanliness, especially because they allow pets at this hotel. I probably would not stay here again only because the room did not feel as clean as I would like it.

Very good hotel for a few days when on the road. The place was clean, the staff friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What a huge upgrade it was from the BW Plus nearby and they are in the same star category. It was clean and all common areas were inviting. The rooms, furniture, decor, etc was all more custom and very well maintained. The pool area was large and with all the windows had the feel of outdoors. The lobby was like being in a fancy Colorado lodge. Front desk staff, especially Megan were excellent, so friendly and accommodating. They even went above and beyond to make our stay nice. The area is safe and conveniently located behind a huge shopping mall yet separated by a big field so you don't get the noise and such. The 1 bedroom suite we had was spacious, had plenty of linens and was like a really nice apartment. I want to plan another trip just so I can stay there again.

We requested 2 double beds and when we checked in they gave us a queen with a sofa bed. They were fully booked and were not able to give us the 2 double beds. Had to go down to get the bedding for the sofa bed as it wasn’t in the room. We arrived late in the night, so dealing with this was not thrilling. No discount given for the inconvenience. In addition, finding the hotel was annoying. Maps was showing the hotel off the main road but in reality it was located behind a strip mall about 1/4 of a mile off the road.

The location was very convenient. It was near many great restaurants. It’s a decent hotel for what we paid for. It was clean bit very simple. It looks nicer from the outside of the hotel.

This was an awesome hotel! I loved the mini kitchen, the room was super clean, and the location was great! Would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff were super friendly and processed the guests waiting very quickly.

Hotel room was very small. Nothing like the picture. It was hard to find as it is behind a shopping center. Room was just weird.

I was treated better at a motel 6. Tv kept cutting off and our room was missing face towel, I called down to the front desk for towel and was told someone would be right up with towels. Thirty mins later and still no towels. I Tried to complain to a manager and was told no manager on site

We were only there so briefly because we got hung up in traffic in the Sacramento area so we dropped our stuff and was back out the door. It had a nice little kitchenette and bedding was comfortable; however, no wash clothes. Also, we went down to check out the free breakfast bar but it wasn't open yet at 7:15 a.m. Receptionists were very friendly.

This is the second time that we stay at this hotel. We had a really great experience the first time we stayed here so we decided to stay here again for our 4th of July Family Trip. The facility and staff are great however the cleanliness of the room, blankets and pillow cases were terrible this time. The first room that they assigned us to smelled like cigarette smoke although it is a smoke free hotel. The second room that we got, the sofa mattress were very dirty and they did not provide us with mattress cover or blanket for the sofa mattress. The pillows provided were dirty with stains and make up and another pillow had no case. I called the front desk so they asked me to pick up the bedding bag for the sofa mattress downstairs at the check in counter. When I got back to our room, I opened the bedding bag and the blanket was dirty too with stains and make up. So I had to call back to ask for a clean blanket for my kids so they send me downstairs again to pick up a clean blanket at the check in counter. Overall was a good stay but I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the bedding. It was unpleasant dealing with that after a long drive.
