We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. What really stood out, though, was the staff — everyone we interacted with was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. Their kindness truly made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The elevator and refrigerator doors were broken, but they promptly fixed them upon request. However, there was no hand soap provided and not enough towels for our 4-night, 5-day stay. I don’t recommend the breakfast-included deal — the menu was exactly the same every day (scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, rice porridge), with no variety and not very fresh. There were also no vegetables. The coffee was nice but ran out quickly, so you often had to wait. Bus routes to Manhattan were limited. All the staff were very nice, but the building itself felt a bit old.

No hot water and no heat. Heater was broken and have all kinds of duck tape around it. Outside temp was mid 30 degree. They said they didn't have no other rooms to switch. They also forgot to send the extra blankets. This was the worst Hilton or any other hotel experience I have ever had in my life time. I guess I will never get another Hilton.

I wanted to share some feedback about our stay. When we returned to our room on Saturday after a long day and were ready to sleep, we discovered that one of the fitted sheets was too small for the bed, leaving part of the mattress exposed. I tried calling reception several times but received no answer, so I went down in person and found no one at the desk. After waiting around 20 minutes, someone finally arrived and provided a replacement sheet unfortunately, it turned out have a large stain and signs of wear. I then had to return again to exchange it. Finally went to bed at 1 in the morning and I had to make my own bed. It was quite frustrating and disappointing, especially after a long and tiring day. I just wanted to bring this to your attention, as I’m sure this isn’t the standard you aim to maintain.

The worst property I’ve ever stayed in. First room we got had diarrhea on the toilet. Somebody took a bath that wasn’t cleaned. Got moved to a second room where the carpet was soaking wet. We got moved to a third room. The housekeeping showed up the first day, forgot to show up on the second day. The phones don’t work in the rooms so you can’t call anyone we had to walk downstairs and ask for clean towels, conditioner, and toilet paper since housekeeping never showed up. Not to mention that the breakfast that was included apparently was just half included; you have to pay for French toast, pancake, and an omelette. The property is extremely old. The carpets are disgusting, the curtains are disgusting; overall it is nasty. They remodeled the lobby and that’s it.

Felix was wonderful in checking us in and follow up. Room was nice-showers good but not alot of water pressure more like rain which we didn't mind. Within driving distance to alot. Would recommend. Has a nice small pool inside which we didnt have time for but its open till 10pm which is nice. Would stay here again.
