This has been a great hotel for a weekend visit. Dogs are allowed, room was phenomenally clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great continental breakfast (hot food!-sausage links, hashbrowns, and omelets), and very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice and clean hotel. Smelled new & fresh! Bed was very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and included waffles, eggs, bacon & sausage. Staff was friendly except when I called to see if we could check in a half hour early. The man who answered the phone wasn't very helpful. Otherwise overall, highly recommend.

Hotel was clean. 1st floor rooms ran out before checkin time and no elevator to second floor. No coffee in the morning, no milk, ran out of food early. Desk person tried charging me for a prepay at time of check in and again when I was leaving.

Absolutely would stay here again. Michelle at front desk very friendly and accommodating. Room very nice, bed comfortable and breakfast was great with many choices.

I prepaid for my room 19 days in advance through Orbitz. Thank God I picked up my room keys in early evening, because the doors automatically are locked at 11 p.m. without your hotel door key. Thank God I didn't get over there after 11 p.m. I probably would have not got into the hotel and been able to stay there. This is a two-story hotel with no elevator to the second floor, I would guess it all the rooms are dirty like mine was because I don't have elevator to haul up cleaning supplies vacuum cleaner. There were old food sitting in the garbage cans, the tables by the microwave were all dusty. There were old food particles all over the microwave inside. There was a wet and damp towel sitting in the bathtub with hair all over it. When I told the front attendant about the room condition she just said okay, no apology or this is never happened before no sincere response whatsoever. The beds and the pillows we're really nice. This was the only highlight of this whole experience. It gets worse when I went to check out and hand in my room keys she said that my card was declined and I had to pay over again. I told her it was paid through Orbitz 19 days ago and I showed proof. Then she told me I only owe $93. I told her that was not acceptable it's already been paid in full and then 10 minutes later she told me that I owe nothing. What the big run around!!!!!! This is my worst experience of ever staying in a hotel of my whole life

nice hotel!
