While checking-in to the hotel, the counter lady asked about extra person, pets, etc. I told her it was me and my spouse. She said she needed an ID for that person too. I have been to many hotels in my lifetime and on this particular trip, and I was never asked for ID from my guest. Considering, anyone checked in could invite someone to see them, and would not be asked for an ID, it didn't add up. My guest complied, by showing a Press Pass. The counter woman proceeded to try to make a copy of the press pass without permission, and was stopped and told by the holder of the press card that she could not make a copy of that. It is a legal document provided by the police department in trust. We were not willing to let this obviously snoopy and dishonest woman making up her own rules behind the counter make a copy that could potentially end up compromised. When she was asked by the reporter, does she ask all guests to provide ID's for the people traveling with them, she sheepishly responded, "oh I don't have to make a copy of the ID, the sheriff suggests we do that with guests here." No. She was obviously profiling. The response made no sense. I asked her, wouldn't I be held responsible for the room? I had paid in full prior to stepping foot in the hotel. She directed us to a dirty room, and the floors were sticky. I had her change it. As this was my first time in the hotel, I will not rate it based on this rude person's behavior. Otherwise, it would be 0 stars, instead of 3.

Usually rooms are decent this stay however was not the case! Had to have an ADA room for my handicapped mother and room 106 reeked of cigarette smoke amongst other things! It stunk! Woke up sneezing and coughing! Room needs a lot of fixing! Big pieces of paint off in bathroom! I could go on but I won’t!
This hotel is excellent. They provide clean, quiet environment at very reasonable prices. The area is very good, quite, safe, and beautiful. Hotel service is good and considerate.
Overall, clean and well kept. A few tbings could have been taken care of better. Removed corner display in our room, dont know why, have been there since we started staying here, about 10 years ago or more. Most of staff was friendly and helpful but noone at front desk for checkout and employee i did talk to, not very friendly. But will still return.
Hotel employees were off this visit! Our tv didn’t work and when I called the front desk to inquire about it seemed I was bothering the employee! Even asked me “what do you want me to do about it”! He came up and had to replace our tv! Everyone just seemed so much more friendly the previous 2 visits there
Great hotel for familes and pets!
Room was filthy as was the hotel . Basic sanitation was not present . Was told they were short on staff . Still waiting for refund from orbitz . Did not stay ! This property should not be advertised or should be rated no better than a dog kennel. GROSS!
On the upside, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and it had a nice sized fridge and microwave. On the downside, the room wasn't very clean. We could barely see out the windows in our room, and the room could have used a good wipe down before we arrived.
The breakfast was back. For what I paid a night I was disappointed. It wasn’t very clean but the room was huge. Jets in tub didn’t work and short staffed in the lobby. They did let you know and apologized. The room does have a microwave even though not mentioned in description. Would have liked to have known.

The room only slept 2. No cots available. Room was dirty from previous occupants. Most things in the room were broken. 2/3 TVs did not work. Open wires exposed. Hornets nest on the balcony.
