Smoking all over the facility pot all over the facility being smoked

Didn't even get to stay. Hotel overbooked. Even with a prepaid reservation my double room was given away and i was offered a single for 3 people. Manager extremely rude and wouldn't even help.

When we got there after having had reservations made online a month prior, the clerk rudely told us that he did not had rooms for us because they were given to someone else and he had no more rooms available to give us. He could clearly see our reservations on his screen and chose to let our rooms to someone else instead. And then said there's nothung i can do and walked away leavin me with my children in the lobby with no place to stay the night and no option to stay anywhere else since all of the other hotels nearby were booked. I will NEVER make a reservation there again and I encourage everyone else to stay somewhere else since you'll be talking a big risk and won't know if you have a room or not until it's too late.

Horrible, reeked of smoke everywhere. they tried to cover it up in the second room offered with a fragrant deodorizer but the smoke permeated the carpet, drapes, mattress, and pillows. Had to keep the windows open on a rainy muggy night with the bathroom exhaust fan on all night just to breath. Supposedly all non smoking rooms but not enforced.

We checked into the hotel and within 5 minutes of entering the room found 2 BED BUGS. So we ran out of that place and never looked back. We are still working with Orbitz on getting a full refund for the “stay”.

(1) No room service (2) No supplies in the bathroom - no soap, no shampoo, no glasses / cups for water, no coffee machine, no ironing board - nothing except beds. (3) Lousy breakfast - when I inquired whre the breakfast is, I was told to pick up muffins and bars from a basket in front of the counter!!! Do you call that breakfast? (3) Very poor service at the counter - absolutely no indication about what we were about to experience. () Never ever staying again at any Extended Stay. I advise all to keep away from the outfit calling itself a place to stay extensively!!!

It is too old and dirty. Orbitz should delete this from your customer list. I could not sleep it.

The staff were outstanding! Kind, helpful, patient, caring. They were geniune and this made my whole experience pretty fantastic! Love the location as well. Comfortable accomodations. Well worth the money spent!

The property was clean and near commercial areas with a restaurant next door.

It was evident that there are individuals smoking within the hotel and on its premises. There were even signs posted by the hotel management by exit doors that had reminders not to smoke. There were cigarette butts all over the ground by one of the back doors. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. My room was a "non-smoking" room. It was clean but overall could use some maintenance and touch-up. If I kept the air conditioner on and the air circulating in the room it would not smell. However, when the air turned off I could smell cigarette smoke. I think this was coming from the hall and or from the rooms around me. I was on the second floor about hallway down the hall. All-in-all this did not bother me that much because I was not in the room but to sleep. It was the most affordable rate I could find during my travel. However, those with respiratory issues may have a more challenging or uncomfortable stay.

Very good basic accommodation for an extended stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. It was quiet and the location convenient for us.

We booked the room at the last minute after we lost power and heat due to a nor’easter. The room was a perfect size for a family of three. The full kitchen was a blessing. My only issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom- I found hair in the bathtub before any of us had a chance to use it.

There was so many things wrong with this hotel room that it is not even funny paint was peeling off the walls the room was dirty the towel rack in the bathroom was bent and falling off the wall we only had about five TV channels the room is the size of a closet.

Also know, our housekeeping service is provided once a week for guests staying eight or more nights. For those who are staying for shorter periods of time, services are available for a minimal fee.
