I needed a place to stay for the weekend while attending a festival at Mercer County Park. I chose this hotel based on other Orbitz reviews even though it was a longer drive than other accommodations. I'm very happy with my choice. I called ahead because I was going to arrive later for check-in than planned; the hotel clerk was very polite and assured me my room was waiting for me. Check-in was a breeze, the room was incredibly crisp and clean. HUGE television, fully-stocked coffee maker, iron/board, hair dryer, toiletries. I enjoyed the heated indoor pool for a while...also clean and well-kept. Mattress and bedding were super comfortable. My room was made-up perfectly after my 1st night's stay. I returned to the hotel late for my 2nd night's stay and the (SO friendly) front desk clerk provided me with delivery menus of local restaurants. The walls are a little thin; I heard the neighbors talking to housekeeping and the running water of their shower/toilet vibrated the walls of my room. Checkout was super speedy.

Close location to Princeton. Clean facilities. Free shuttle to/ from train station and local town.

nice hotel for overnight stay. room was clean and staff friendly.

This hotel was fantastic. I stayed here for valentines weekend with my fiancé. Between the amazing hotel staff and the many amenities, we felt very welcomed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Princeton area.

Hotel was nice, clean and pleasant. Did breakfast buffet, since we didn't have much time. Was expensive and food just okay (some not so good), some food items were running out, no whole grain options besides oatmeal, and it appeared they didn't have enough help. But help that was there was pleasant.

The room is very comfortable, the staff is friendly, I enjoyed staying there , strongly recommend

This hotel is by far the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. The price is a bit higher than other hotels in the area but you pay for the best quality.

Hotel was nice, been here a few times. Room service was subpar, Executive suite was not what I expected, I highly suggest saving your money and getting a normal room.

This hotel is fine, but its a little dated for the money. The staff are friendly and helpful, though, and it seems to be in a good location for downtown Princeton.

I have stayed in nearly every hotel up and down the Route 1 corridor around Princeton. The location is nothing special (though there is a great Batman route out the back into Kingston and thereby onto Nassau Street in Princeton when Rt. 1 is busy) but this is clean, well run, no drama, DoubleTree service. Actually, that's pretty good in this market where some of the newer hotels aren't as recently renovated, spacious, or equipped to handle the comings and goings of full capacity. We will stay here again.

We often visit Princeton and always choose to stay at the DoubleTree Hotel--it's reliably clean, convenient, with friendly staff and great amenities. You can't go wrong, staying here!

Great hotel for the price. Good service with staff.

Comfortable clean room for a one night stop at a good price.

First of all it is located in a good location, good ammenities nearby and not too far from downtown Princeton. Hotel itself was nice and clean, room was comfortable and though I didnt have that much contact with them the staff seemed nice. Over all good place the stay and decent value basically

Pleasant staff and the room was nice. I didn't need the room but for a handicapped room it had everything a handicapped person would need, this is not always the case.

Was in the area for a college tour. Hotel was fine but offered nothing in the way of amenities -- no breakfast or WIFI. Pool was awful -- so cloudy I couldn't see the hand in front of my face. It was a fine -- just fine -- hotel for just a night stay.

One of my favorite hotels in Jersey. I have stayed 3 times at this hotel and it went well everytime and will e returning in 3 weeks.

I was staying at this hotel when I was new to the area, and looking for a convenient place to stay. This place was over the top. Ideally located, very helpful staff, and I loved the room. I will be staying there again!

my stay was excellent. would definately come back. enjoyed my stay

One night only stay. Everything we needed was there. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Would stay here again without question!
