The AC was dripping inside and soaked the carpet,had to put a bucket under it. Pillows were awful. And it is definitely old,rooms could be painted. But the free breakfast was really good.

The location is good and convenient to local stores and restaurants. Scenic and hiking areas or dirt trails for four wheeling/off road riding are close by.
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facility was comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast offered a variety of foods and was nutritious. We enjoyed are stay as before and plan to return in the future.
Very clean facility and super nice staff. The room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like much was you can hear the tv in the next door room. So I dreamed of Ninja Knives all night long (some infomercial they had on) but when the a/c is on you can't hear it. Overall - great place to stay and I would stay again.
It was refreshing to be greeted by friendly customer service at the check in counter. Also, we appreciated the text messages asking when we would arrive, if we needed any items and how our room was. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you! We will be back
The room and property was clean and comfortable.
The soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, was a delight and the aroma made me sleep and smell great. Wish i could have bought a bottle of each.
The pillows on the bed were the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on. They were hard! Not quite as hard as a sack of cement, but close. Everything else about the inn was very nice.
Just the ambient noise from the highway was not wonderful.

I am sincerely sorry that you had issues during your stay. We have a double check system in place for ourrooms every day to try and catch anything missed in cleaning.
