Check-in was great and the staff was helpful. Room was clean and smelled good. Bed was ok but not as comfy as home. Breakfast buffet was nice.
We had a broken air conditioner in the room and before it broke it was so loud. I don't know if it was better when it finally crashed, sleeping in a hot quiet room.
Hotel was clean, room was nice, front desk agent was friendly. Only nuisance was noise from the in room refrigerator and the hallway including the elevator. Would stay there again but ask to be placed away from elevator landing.
Breakfast buffet had more than I expected. Other than our inability to figure out the TV remote the room was excellent and location was great. We didn't notice the discount on our room card until after we had paid for our dinner at Cattleman's. We will look at these cards more closely next time. Thanks!
The staff was very efficient, helpful and respectful! Morning breakfast was plentiful and rooms were comfy and roomy. We were there for a wedding and was easy access to Pleasanton and stores.
