It’s a Marriott. I swear wherever I stay in their properties worldwide, the same room follows me! It’s certainly clean and safe with plenty of parking. Good selection is convenient but boring. Far better to venture out to a nearby restaurant. However we did have room service the night we arrived and it was delivered quick and in disposable trays in a brown bag. Very convenient as it can be disposed of easily. However not all the staff were friendly. Sure they did the right greeting but it was mechanical. However people have off days. I would stay there again.

This hotel unilaterally canceled our reservation over night. The manager quoted “a policy” but when asked to show such policy in writing stated he doesn’t have anything in writing. He argued and originally refused to reimburse us fully, but eventually after some raised voices and demanding took place in the lobby, agreed to reimburse for both nights.

We were very pleased with the room. The only comment is please change your pillows. It was uncomfortable to sleep on. Too flat. Not enough cushion. Otherwise, the room and the location of the hotel is perfect.
