Check in was seamless and the front concierge was friendly. Great place to stay, safe location, plenty of accessible food options and shopping nearby. The room was very clean and quiet. I wish my bed was a little more comfortable but overall a decent stay. Will stay again.

The Pool! The largest, warmest(in winter) and deepest in the whole Bay Area. Also the very friendly, fast, and courteous women running the show at the check-in counter. AWESOMENESS!!!!!

Key cards didn’t work but housekeeping let us in and new card’s were quickly delivered. Ice machine didn’t work. Was quickly brought ice. TV didn’t work and someone came to help me understand the remote. Couldn’t check in at 3 because rooms were being cleaned. Was called at approximately 4pm. Challenges were quickly addressed

SHOWER IN RM 505 WAS COLD, NO HOT WATER. NOT A GOOD WAY TO START MY DAY OF DRIVING. STAYED IN THIS ROOM BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS. I WILL COME BACK THOUGH. AND AFTER MORE THEN TWO YEARS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE DINING ROOM OPEN TO BE ABLE TO EAT ON PROPERTY
