Clean and comfortable

I liked the two bottles of water in the room. Room was clean. The carpet in the hall ways seemed worn and a little dirty. Especially the staircase

My room was simple ,clean and simple . It only have a coffee maker but that’s all I need . The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Due to pandemic the services were very limited which is understandable you have to pick up water and coffee refills at the desk .

Simple and clean , has spacious rooms and very good bed . Highly Recommended

It’s barely two stars hotel. Rooms poorly prepared for the guests, not clean, bottles with water opened, simple requests like extra pillows, towels, blankets becoming a problem.

They do not clean your room. That’s optional now. But no one told me (they are supposed to tell you at check in). Very disappointing! And I still paid full price!

Nowhere is it written that you will have to pay a parking fee. A friend also stayed here and directly booked with the hotel and asked what fees they would have to pay and were not told about the parking fee, yet when they arrived they too had to pay the fee.

Beautiful property and great pool! Great for Families

Wonderful rooms with views to very well manicured gardens. You walk from lobby to rooms outside through the gardens with some fountains here and there. Only con is that there are no elevators to second floor.

Everything was fine, except, there were no ramps at the rear or property at the 300 entrance. Difficult to drag luggage up steps.
