Great location by the beach. Nice access. Scenic views. No towels/toiler tissue provided in room even when asked for. Sitting area in room was very tight. Bed too close to AC unit. Bathroom doors did not close properly.
The hotel has amazing views of the ocean -- the quantity and variety of wildlife that goes right by your window is astonishing. Flocks of pellicans, seagulls, and cormorants; otters playing in the surf; whale spouts in the distance. But one of the most unexpected things was the exceptional customer service. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk, the service was warm, gracious, and fast. If we needed anything, they were right on it. Including lighting a fire-pit for us so we could sit on the roof deck and enjoy the sunset. I've stayed at a lot fancier hotels and never received the level of service we got here. It's not fancy or pretentious, but the hotel seems to genuinely care that you have a comfortable stay.

It is a beautiful location. Everything about is perfect.
Nothing fancy but the room had a nice retro vibe and we enjoyed a morning walk on the beach before checkout.
