I wish the breakfast situation was a bit more convenient like other hotels.We were required to order breakfast a day in advance and if you missed that window you didn’t get any breakfast.

I booked a stay here for one night mainly so my young son could go swimming in an indoor pool without worrying about the heat and sun. The pool and hot tub were disgusting, they were cloudy and had a visible film floating on top. It looked similar to when you put on sunblock and swim but the film stuck around too long, plus its indoors, why would you need sunblock? On the second day, early in the morning the pool was clear (while everyone is sleeping or at breakfast) and looked normal but after a while the film was floating in the water again. I saw a maintenance worker checking the ph levels of both the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was then closed and it looks like he poured some shock into the tub. He only decided to put signs up that it was closed after 2 people got into the hot tub. Again, this was the main reason for staying at the hotel. Other than this, the room was exceptional. The pull out couch did not work in the room and when i brought this up at check out i was asked if i called maintenance which i did not as my young son was already asleep and it was late and not a huge deal, we were still able to sleep on the couch but it would have been nice to use it as a bed also. Its nice that the hotel is pet friendly but at times dogs can be heard barking in the hall or through the vent in the room. The hotel should be considerate to those of us staying with no pets by putting us in rooms away from loud pets.

We always have a great time here but notice that the room quality is starting to go down ie major dents i in refrigerator, closet doors broken, smaller soap bars than previous stay. I would recommend they do some updating to compete a little better with the hotel next door. (Hilton)...replace popcorn ceilings, toilet seat, dated room furniture/paintings , change wallpaper and rug.

1) The cleaners knocked the door so many times to clean the sweet, and tell me if late after 2 O'clock , they willnot clean the sweet. 2) The Hotel manager, call to my family to go out before12 O'O'clock in the after noon on 03 April 2013, which is not realy polite way. However, after but all my bags in the shuttle car , I talked to manager, and told him that my reservation was paid till 04 April 2013 and he asked me to proove , then I show him the print out , after that he told me that I start new day on 4 April 2013, any way he make me sooooo nervese, then he said okkk. My impression , let me feel un trusteable with hotel management.

We really enjoyed our short stay, I wish it had been longer. A great home away from home, I could almost see myself living here with the great things they offer here. The pool, breakfast, staff, and room were fantastic and we had a great time.

Needs better signage to find.

My girlfriend and I got a room for New Years as a quiet alternative to the crowds and drama. We got a nice room with a kitchenette and were able to cook a nice steak and lobster dinner right in the room using the equipment that the hotel provided. The burners were a little old and off balance so our pots slid around a bit, but we weren't expecting a high-quality kitchen going into it; we made due. We even got to bring the dog (beware of a pricey $100 pet sanitation fee). Staff was friendly and accomodating. We wanted a fireplace suite but we were not able to switch having booked through [...]. All things considered it was a peaceful and pleasant little getaway.

The Staff was very Friendly...The Rooms were very Clean and the Beds were So Comfortable:)

Very nice,except the room was not ready when I was assigned it.Towels had not been placed in the room yet,which caused the hotel staff to open the door after I was undressed...fortunately I had latched the door from the inside. They did not know the room had been asssigned yet.An easy mistake .

we stayed just for the pool.

We really enjoyed our short stay, I wish it had been longer. A great home away from home, I could almost see myself living here with the great things they offer here. The pool, breakfast, staff, and room were fantastic and we had a great time.
