There is no pool. It’s across the street in a club n no kids allowed

Josef at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I walked to the 24 hr diner late at night and he ensured that my safety was taken care of. He called me on my cell phone to make sure that I arrived safely. Room was amazing.

This is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever seen. The facilities have not been renovated for ages! The furniture is very old. The chairs and carpets are disgusting. It is more like an inn.

I don’t like it at all for 4 stars hotel - it very out dated - door to the bathroom so old - they tried to cover with paint ....,.,,, And you need to remember- this is NO DOGS FRIENDLY hotel.

Hotel was very convenient to restaurants, movies stores .

We were in town for my daughter's bridal shower at a restaurant nearby so this hotel was convenient with free parking in the garage. And they were nice enough to get us into a room early since we had traveled a ways and needed to freshen up for the event. Friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

We saw the staff at the front desk for 3minutes for check-in. The room was very nicely appointed and worked well for us. The breakfast was excellent with omelettes cook to order and delicious fruit. High praise for this hotel!

My son and wife were happy, nice hotel ,comfortable and peaceful. Everything was closed. It was a nice experience.

We loved the location of the hotel and the many gluten-free restaurants around. All of the staff were pleasant, but not always knowledgeable. The room would have been fine, however I feel the staff did not listen to my request for no feather pillows or comforters in my room. I called ahead and they changed us to a pure room. I asked if that had no down in it and was assured yes. When I arrived to check in, I asked again, and was assured again. Though I thought the bedding in the room felt like down (I've had times it feels like down but isn't), I trusted what they said. When I went to sleep late that night, my throat swelled and I was coughing and choking. After getting through the many pillow cases, I confirmed it was down andcalled downstairs shortly before midnight to get new bedding. They gave us pillows, but could only find one blanket. My allergic reaction kept my daughter up, who had to get up early for an appointment that morning (it was after 12:30 am before we tried to get settled again), and I was too tired to ask for another room. I still had small allergic reactions to deal with through the weekend, but thankfully I was able to sleep well enough. When I told the staff, they checked about down bedding in the pure rooms, and said I would have had to tell them no down ahead of time. I said I did, twice. No discount was offered.

Loved the comfortable bed and chairs! Staff went above and beyond at every interaction!

Hotel and staff were great, my view was of the biggest air conditioner unit, I was there for business and my whole floor, was dozens of kids running the hallways til way past 2 am, and I had to wake up at 6 am, I had to call front desk 3 times, to see about getting some rest. But other than no sleep it was a nice hotel.

The hotel was great and in a great location. Staff was friendly.

Price was high this trip and i found a long black hair on my pillow when arriving. I wasn't impressed with the front desk. They did their job but were not real welcoming and kind.

This hotel has seen better days, clearly has been partied in a little too many times without care of the staff to fix it up. The rooms were also very awkwardly decorated, none of the furniture seemed to fit. Aside from that they wouldn't let me and my boyfriend bring a bottle of wine to the room? Almost offensive considering the room next to us was partying their faces off. The gym was super nice and the bartender was nice as well, although the drinks were way to expensive ($23 for 2) considering the surroundings.

The hotel was great, we got two double rooms that conjoined. The staff & room were fantastic, I asked for extra towels and two different people brought about ten when I really only needed like 2. I've stayed here 5+ times & have never had a problem.

Excellent stay, super-kind and efficient staff. I would come back anytime
