room had no ceiling light in the bathroom. the light bulb socket was hanging from the ceiling with no cover you can see the open space. the breakfast food was cold. my room was cold and i requested for an extra blanket to no avail. i did not know about the gym room. the signs to entering the Hotel in all direction is small and heard to find if a person is not from the area. need bigger and clear signs especially at night.

This was my second time here and most likely last. I did pre-check in earlier via email so check in was quick. Room was in need of a facelift. Water stains on the room. Walls had obvious water damage. Tub had dark hair (I’m bald and my kids are red heads). You get one thin soap for your visit. Also if a room can sleep 4 people why not have 4 towels? No microwave. That should always be a staple in a room. Breakfast wasn’t special, eggs and sausage. Check out was noon before now it’s 11am.

The room was very clean and spacious, my only complaint is we found a used towel folded up in our bathroom, and our shower curtain was stained with some sort of bodily-looking fluid lol. Didn't stop me from using the shower or anything but keep in mind they wont flip your room every day unless you ask. The staff were polite. If you want to hook up a gaming station to the TV, bring your own, as their tvs wont let you hook one up LOL. We learned that the hard way. Not a complaint against the hotel, just a heads up to anyone who wants to play Metal Gear 3 at 2am like us.

Overall a bad place to stay in. The bathroom had broken tiles, clean towels had someone else’s hair on all of them except one. The floor was dirty. Just grossed out where I would never stay here again

When we checked into the hotel we had to change room 3 times the first room the toilet was leaking and they wanted us to wait 2 hours to fix the room before changing room. The second room we had as soon as we walked in the smoke was strong in there right at the front door then we went back to get a new room and when we explained that it smelled like smoke she said this is a no smoking environment but as she’s saying that I see someone at the elevator smoking/vaping so it doesn’t seem right when we got the last room it we asked for it on a different floor and it was better then the other 2 rooms
