I TRULY BELIEVE THIS IS A DECENT PROPERTY. HOWEVER, WHEN I ARRIVED, THERE WAS NO AC NOR POWER. I GET THAT SOME THINGS ARE UNCONTROLLED, BUT IT HOW THE MANNER WAS HANDLED. IT WAS A 4 HOUR PROCESS THAT ONLY TOOK ORBITZ 40 MINUTES TO RESOLVE. IT WAS THE RUN-AROUND AND ME CONSTANTLY HAVING TO FOLLOW UP WITH SOUTHERN RENTALS THAT MADE THE PROCESS SO FRUSTRATING
Clean, nice rooms and view, 1 roll of bathroom tissue for four people..Had to buy tissue..Rooms should come with at least a 4 pack for guests who are staying for days
The beachfront location is excellent. The property is outdated. The Check-In staff is friendly. The staff's ability to handle problems is lacking. The balcony was big. Condo would have been great but the owner didn't pay the electric bill; power turned off while we were there.
Loved the layout of the condo & the amazing views. Didn’t like that a lot of things were closed like the hot tubs & some pools.

Love the pool, the room was outdated, furniture very uncomfortable. Lock on door was broken,very unsafe.
Check-in was not the best because of the crowds but the property was pleasant
It was exciting and the room had the best view of the beach places to eat and have cocktails plus with in walking distance on the beach the condo was in good condition
We had a wonderful time! The resort was very clean and service at check in was immaculate! We are military and had some issues with possibly not being able to go and both orbitz and the resort were very accommodating to us and our needs.
excellent stay at Long Beach. we were so comfortable here we booked an extra day! We do wish the lagoon pool was heated though.
Was a nice place and beautiful views. The only thing that was pretty nasty was walking down the hall by the pool and seeing cockroachs in the hall then 2nights later walking into our room and finding a lil one crawling acrossed our floor.
The hotel pools are great. The staff(when available) is very kind. The rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is not the strongest--there was sand in our beds, the very roomy bathtub was clogged, and towels are very limited, but nothing unlivable. If your looking for a nice safe environment for your family, we did have that. The location is right off the beach and overall the unit was comfortable.
Not sure why the front desk gave us a packet and key for the wrong room. The resort is right on the beach with 3 pools and a nice restaurant for a quick snack.
Love this cozy spot! I liked how every room had a beach front balcony. Not too expensive, enojoyed my stay!
