The hotel pools are great. The staff(when available) is very kind. The rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is not the strongest--there was sand in our beds, the very roomy bathtub was clogged, and towels are very limited, but nothing unlivable. If your looking for a nice safe environment for your family, we did have that. The location is right off the beach and overall the unit was comfortable.

Not sure why the front desk gave us a packet and key for the wrong room. The resort is right on the beach with 3 pools and a nice restaurant for a quick snack.

Love this cozy spot! I liked how every room had a beach front balcony. Not too expensive, enojoyed my stay!

Peaceful but need a few upgrades. Like paint, shower curtains and a lil better house keeping. TOILET LEAKING

This was our second visit to long beach this year. We really enjoyed our stay both times the staff was very helpful and very friendly. We will be staying again in the future

The condo was nice, but I didn't like the fact that after spending all the money on the room, they charged for extras.

Loved the place i was in tower 2 9th floor 2 rooms 2 bath, the rooms where sooo spacious we were 4 adults 3 kids not crowded at all. The only reason im giving this a 4 is bc of the bath tub it was dirty looks like the maids just put chemical and scrub with a sponge, and u can still see all the other people dirt under. And u still have to pay a fee for them to clean when u still have to throw away ur trash put things away in certain areas. I mean i wont trash my place but the last thing i want to worry about is cleaning on my vaction. OVERALL was great! Pool awsome, beach access, u are close to ALOT of things!

The room had a great view balcony was right on the gulf of Mexico. perfect sunsets.

We reserved a studio but didn't realize all was angled oceanfront. The unit we had was adequate but should have gotten a one bedroom instead. Those had sweeping direct oceanfront views. We were in tower one and the door to the unit was stained and the bed was droopy in the middle. There was also wifi available but it rarely connected. You can hear all sorts of yelling and maintenance noise from the sixth floor although the noise was from the hotel next door. Overall, I would avoid the studios and opt for a higher floored one bedroom unit in the future

Kid friendly, close to everything!!! Right on the beach and even has Walt across the street. Once your there I litterally don't have to drive anywhere unless you want too .This resort in the middle of all the action.

Was not all that impressed with the room. Furniture was dusty and carpet had food stains. Lighting in restroom was very dim. On the other hand, Great ocean view!

overall this was a great place and right on the water with spectacular views. They do charge for cleaning at check in but we knew about that in advance. I would recommend staying in Tower 2 or 3 if you can.

I will never stay here again! The staff were so rude and the elevators were just nasty. The light in the shower was broken and hanging down and our balcony door wouldn't unlock. They were supposed to send someone to look at it, but no one ever came. They added on an extra $45 for "damage insurance" after we had already paid $95 for cleaning and possible damages. Completely not worth it. Go down the road and find something better! There's a ton that's better!

The time at the beach by itself was extraordinary but there were a few staff related problems that really iritated me! One of the guards at the gate was very very nasty! I think the resort shouldn't have wristbands because everyone knows that you're going to have visitors and they were too strict about this, and this will probably be the downfall of their business. The other one was with check-in, the lead representative was beyond rude whereas everyone else was very polite and patient.

Nice rooms, hard beds. Great space. Excellent View. Only one mile from the good clubs.

Right in the middle of everything. Great hotel. However there were hidden fees when booking with this website.

Very clean with great view. We will stay here next time We come here

I was not happy when I arrived to find out that I had to pay another $174! I never would have booked it. In fact I cancelled my reservation I had with them for October.

It was horrible. The condo was not what it was advertised to be. I specifically inquired whether or not I would have a full view of the ocean and was told yes. However, the room was on on the end of the complex along side an adjoining building thus blocking the ocean view. The balcony outside the room was filthy and and there was empty liquior bottles. I was forced to spend my vacation at another hotel. I immediately attempted to cancel the reservations and was told I had to wait until morning when the manager of the property was available. Ten days have passed and I have yet to have the charges credited back to my credit card. I have had to call numerous times to make sure this was being moved forward. Each time I have been assured a followup call and email confirmation for this being closed and charges credited back. Unfortunately the follow up call and the credit has not happened and I am still having to call concerning this matter.

Room was ok, Staff not very supportive or available
