The main level living space features expansive views of the private pool area and outdoor living space and provides comfortable seating for your entire group providing the perfect place for vacation movie night or game on the 65" TV. Featuring queen size sofa sleeper and love seat.

The expansive outdoor living space boasts an oversize pool (heated for an additional fee), spacious sun deck with a variety of lounge chairs, separate grilling area with gas grill and pool games. The pool area features plenty of dining and seating options so you can enjoy your time at the beach poolside.

The chef’s kitchen offers designer cabinets, granite counter tops and new Stainless appliances including a huge 4 door/drawer refrigerator. Coffee aficionados will love the Keurig coffee system in addition to a 12-cup drip coffee maker.

The open concept living/dining area features brand new furniture and décor. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 8, while the counter offers seating for another 2 guests. The kitchen and dining area open to the living room which has near floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors, a flat-screen television and a vast seating group including a queen sleeper sofa – Just down the hall you’ll find a half bathroom.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor you’ll find the first master suite which has a private bathroom with an oversized tub/shower combination with frameless glass doors. Adjacent to the master suite on level two is another great room that features a 65" TV, game table and queen size sleeper sofa, a perfect area for the kids to chill while the adults enjoy some cocktails on the main level. The laundry room has new, full-size washer and dryer. Level 2 also features a spacious balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Level 3 provides a secluded sanctuary. Located on this level is Master Suite 2 which features a king bed, luxurious private bathroom with oversize tub/shower combination featuring frameless glass doors. Bedroom 3 features two bunk beds (4 twin beds), private full-size bathroom and a separate sitting area with flat screen TV – the perfect place for the young and the young at heart! It, too, has a shared bathroom. Level 3 also provides the best view in the house, boasting 180 degree sweeping views of the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach
