Staff was very friendly
Hotel cards did not allow entry into the hotel and room. My Handicapped Senior Sister, who could not stand at length, had to sit on the hallway floor as we awaited a maintenance assistant to bring us new hotel cards for entry. Very much a strain on my Sister, not to mention painful. The Ice Machine on the 5th and 4th floors did not dispense, causing another trip on the elevator to the 6th floor. An inconvenience I did not anticipate from the Embassy Suites brand.

The charge for the parking I was not pleased. Is open parking and no control and no security. ☹
The room was huge. It was clean and the staff was very friendly.
The room was nice qnd big, they had a nice cocktail reception and omelets in the morning. Very nice. Quiet.
Had an Ant problem in our room. Management didn’t seem to care or do anything to satisfy us.
Shower handle in need of repair, came off and almost landed in my foot while taking a shower, heavy piece of metal... not good!
We have stayed here a couple times before because the rooms are big enough for our family of 5, the pool is nice and free breakfast. This visit was just not up to the stays we’ve had before. Reservations were mixed up, staff wasn’t on the same page, and no manger involvement.
