I truly expected to enjoy my stay at this hotel, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences.
The first room I was given had blood on the door and a broken bolt lock completely unacceptable and unsafe. I immediately contacted the front desk, sent them photos, and told them I didn’t feel comfortable staying in that room. After a long drive, the last thing anyone wants to do is unload all their belongings only to pack them back up again because the room is unsafe.
They moved me to another room, but the problems continued. The 2nd room was dirty, had a dead spider on the wall, another non-functioning lock, and even a wasp the size of my hand flying around. The walls were stained, and there was only one set of towels. I called guest services around 15 times,both from the room and my cell phone,with no answer. I had to walk to the front desk myself to ask for towels, only to receive one that had a large dirty stain on it.
It’s clear the hotel prioritizes appearance only from the outside. The lobby and entrance look decent, but the rooms are poorly maintained and neglected. Even the “welcome” note from the manager in the room was dirty, which just made the entire experience feel careless and unprofessional. The toilet paper roll wasn’t even replaced properly,it looked reused from a previous guest.
This hotel needs serious upgrades, proper cleaning, and better management. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to reconsider before booking.
