Nice stays business trip I tried to help with your review now you are just being a pest Thank you,

The is in the middle of a remodel, or they ran out money, or they just gave up. I don't know but the place is run down and it's so apparent when you enter the hotel building, not the lobby. The lobby makes you think you scored, but really you were bamboozled and stuck. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Btw I did kill a roach in the bathroom.

At check-in we were told there was a shuttle to downtown but it does not run from Monday-Wednesday. We were told there was FREE coffee and pastries... ONLY IN ROOM and NOT IN LOBBY (which we had to pay for after walking the whole resort). There was a lot of remodeling going on and we were not told before booking, nor did I see it mentioned anywhere until we arrived. Also rooms our a bit older and our bathroom door would not close and shower was dated. The pool was nice but they were lacking pool towels. Staff do not seem to be that attentive to needs of guests, except for the valet guy, he was very attentive. Also, they have bikes for rent (supposedly part of the resort fee) but with 110 degree weather we did not use them!

Great service @ the pool, room, and restaurant. The room was very comfortable, very nice bedding and room service grub was excellent.

Stayed in the hotel a few years ago. Service has gone downhill and hotel is falling apart. Service use to make the older hotel seem not important but they do not make the difference now.

Last experience I would run out of space saying how good it was. This time I will run out of space saying how bad. Check-in was ok, room was sort of clean, had some left over party decorations that they came back later to clean. Shower head was loose and on the ground, tiles cracked and patched badly, mold in grout. Sinks don't drain. Furniture leather pealing and falling apart. tv channels hardly work. Coffee machine hardly worked and was dirty. Resort Music played all night and kept us up the first night, second was a nice early morning visit from the gardeners but at least no music that night. Rented a Cabana and that was an even worse experience. Go to pool, no staff on site at 11am, get my cabana which I called ahead for the location and proceeded to clean it up. It was really dirty. I sat down and waited 2 hours before a waitress approached me for service. this only happened because we went to room to complain. Besides the waitress we got no additional service for renting the cabana. it was supposed to include water and sodas, none of which we saw. had a tv hanging on wall but did not work. The fan rattled so loud and was loose I was concerned it would fall.

Came here for 4th of July weekend. Staff at the pool/bar were so rude, unorganized, and condescending. When you get to the bar the bartenders don't even acknowledge you. Absolutely unprofessional. The hotel charged my credit card $555.56 for no apparent reason. They stated that it was the "bosses mistake". The rooms has hairballs everywhere and dust. Just overall very unimpressed.

bad customer service we had to wait for two hours for baby crib and my son threw up on the bed at night and we call them to give us new sheets and they never came

It was so loud from street and valley parking staff beds are so awful my back still hurts I don't even know why they put people in the rooms where they have so much noise

Great staff. Hotel manager Fabian really knows how to keep guest happy. Security was also great. Use the valet

Staff was extremely helpful during my stay! I stayed in Junior Suite and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and would definitely stay Riviera again!

Room too Small for the daily rate, it needed a fresh paint, carpets needs real cleaning, lighting fixtures quality needs improvement, no food service available, parking fees of $35.00 per night is too high, no fresh Air access available.

Beautiful resort! Very clean and excellent customer service:)

First of all I stay for 2 night and we were 4 ppl When I first arrived the hotel , I was stunned by its beauty then I found out it was the entrance of the restaurant and the reception is located in the corner of the front ( hard to find for the first timer and with all the valet parking ppl and restaurant clients ) Then I got to the reception and the receptionist were having a conversation. So the guy attend me with intention to hurry back to his conversation with the colleague. The hotel has a weird complex and it's like a normal hotel that I am used to it. So I tried to ask for direction and wifi and all the details . It was obvious the guy just try to get rid of me asap Then I got to the parking lot, I have no ideas how to get to our rooms. The complex has a weird design and the carpets are smelly , building are old . There are only two elevator in each building which is located in the center of the hotel . From parking lot you have to walk all the way to the elevator then walk all the way back to your room. I felt like I was back in the dormitory of my good old university. However the rooms are new and very clean , but like I said , it was like in a dormitory . You can pretty much hear everything from other rooms. To sum it up , the next day morning , I was waiting for room service to get new towel and get my bed set . I had to wait until 4:00 pm and I thought I was the last one . I saw the cleaning ladies still doing the cleaning until 9:30 pm all three floors . I

I find this hotel to have great value in an excellent location. I have stayed here many times. I absolutely love the pool and the restaurant on the premises.

No drawers in the bedrooms beautiful views little bit of a walk great location nice people pools awesome workout facilities below par
