As others have noted, maintenance is an issue here. Our room was ok--although the sliding glass door did not lock and the air-con didn't work. Kind of run down--lampshade cracked, hallway walls messed up, carpet buckling, signs altered (although some in very funny ways). The pool and public areas are very nice and the staff was friendly. This place just needs a good renovation and a larger maintenance budget. But for the price and location, I felt we got what we expected so would recommend it with the mentioned caveats.

Too many kids and not enough service...played any Arrive hotel for the day which is better with no kids and views and great service.

Everything was great, from checking in to checking out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. The whole atmosphere of the place was great. We will definitely be coming back!

Hotel room wasn't clean.. very dusty and the tub was gross. Ceiling paint fell off. Going to email the hotel and tell them and email Pic so they know.

The decor of the hotel was spectacular. The hotel reminded me of old Hollywood glam. My pool view room was amazing with a gorgeous view. I enjoyed waking up to a view of the pool in the morning. The room was quite spacious and the king size bed was perfect. The food was not too bad but I have had better. My only real complaint in regards to this hotel was al the little bugs that were in the swimming pool. Swimming with little bugs (ants, etc.) made it a little difficult to really enjoy.

Too many negatives to complain about..........................................................................................

Nice group of people . Convenient and clean. blah blah they are demanding that I write more. I hate that. We were happy. Done.

Hotel rooms are old, nasty, and smelly. Got locked out of our room for an hour, because the key reader wasn't working at all, they called a maintenance guy and he wasn't even able to get it to work. Only way they were finally able to get into the room was by using a magnet to open the sliding door latch, if it wasn't for us having a sliding patio window idk how in the world we would of got our stuff!!! After that I asked for my money back I was so done!!!

Room was standard. Really nice staff. Large property - definitely a full resort with multiple pools and restaurants. It's certainly been modeled to create a trendy vibe (giant jenga, connect four, and chess) by the pool. Pool table and sitting areas in the main building. 2 pools, 2 different vibes. Not sure if it's intentional, but it's certainly appreciated. Both pools have bars, lounge chairs, and cabanas- but the smaller of the 2 had more of a low key family vibe. Both scenes were hip, DJs... that standard Tiki Palm Springs decor... good time. Had lunch poolside one day, breakfast in the cafe the next day- both were good. The only drawback - I hate to say- very pleasant staff, but none of them were knowledgeable about the resort. So many unanswered questions (i.e. "where's your lounge" while referring to the property map.. no one knew), we had the "bed & breakfast rate", but no one knew what it was, or how to redeem it... no one could tell us how to reserve the cabanas, and after we reserved- stopped us for 20 minutes while they "double checked" if we could in fact book it (there were 2 vacant)... little nuances Wanted to do a group spa treatment with my friends (group of 4) but they don't have accommodations for groups. Even when I suggested Mani/Pedis- they said the only had 2 chairs. That was a bummer that the resort had a spa, but we had to book outside services.

Nice , staff are friendly and hotel its clean and the pool party was awesome!

This place gets worse everytime I go! I love the grounds, pools, etc... but it's dirty and unkempt and the service is lousy !

Nice stays business trip I tried to help with your review now you are just being a pest Thank you,

The is in the middle of a remodel, or they ran out money, or they just gave up. I don't know but the place is run down and it's so apparent when you enter the hotel building, not the lobby. The lobby makes you think you scored, but really you were bamboozled and stuck. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Btw I did kill a roach in the bathroom.

At check-in we were told there was a shuttle to downtown but it does not run from Monday-Wednesday. We were told there was FREE coffee and pastries... ONLY IN ROOM and NOT IN LOBBY (which we had to pay for after walking the whole resort). There was a lot of remodeling going on and we were not told before booking, nor did I see it mentioned anywhere until we arrived. Also rooms our a bit older and our bathroom door would not close and shower was dated. The pool was nice but they were lacking pool towels. Staff do not seem to be that attentive to needs of guests, except for the valet guy, he was very attentive. Also, they have bikes for rent (supposedly part of the resort fee) but with 110 degree weather we did not use them!

Great service @ the pool, room, and restaurant. The room was very comfortable, very nice bedding and room service grub was excellent.

Stayed in the hotel a few years ago. Service has gone downhill and hotel is falling apart. Service use to make the older hotel seem not important but they do not make the difference now.

Last experience I would run out of space saying how good it was. This time I will run out of space saying how bad. Check-in was ok, room was sort of clean, had some left over party decorations that they came back later to clean. Shower head was loose and on the ground, tiles cracked and patched badly, mold in grout. Sinks don't drain. Furniture leather pealing and falling apart. tv channels hardly work. Coffee machine hardly worked and was dirty. Resort Music played all night and kept us up the first night, second was a nice early morning visit from the gardeners but at least no music that night. Rented a Cabana and that was an even worse experience. Go to pool, no staff on site at 11am, get my cabana which I called ahead for the location and proceeded to clean it up. It was really dirty. I sat down and waited 2 hours before a waitress approached me for service. this only happened because we went to room to complain. Besides the waitress we got no additional service for renting the cabana. it was supposed to include water and sodas, none of which we saw. had a tv hanging on wall but did not work. The fan rattled so loud and was loose I was concerned it would fall.

Came here for 4th of July weekend. Staff at the pool/bar were so rude, unorganized, and condescending. When you get to the bar the bartenders don't even acknowledge you. Absolutely unprofessional. The hotel charged my credit card $555.56 for no apparent reason. They stated that it was the "bosses mistake". The rooms has hairballs everywhere and dust. Just overall very unimpressed.

bad customer service we had to wait for two hours for baby crib and my son threw up on the bed at night and we call them to give us new sheets and they never came
