Our experience at the Omni was amazing. All of the staff was super friendly, especially the lifeguards to my son with special needs. They have live music on Friday and Saturdays and let my son play a drum session with them the singer Tish is amazing. Very fun for the kids. Lazy river, splash pad and free ice cream can’t beat that!

Surprised by how outdated our room was. Also surprised it’s a drive up motel style room. Not what we expected given the price. The hotel grounds were gorgeous though and the restaurant and coffee shop were really nice. The pools were good for our young family. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though given the room condition. Found some small ants in the bathroom and overall the room just felt very old and dark.

This was the perfect hotel for a family vacation. The pools were great. This kids loved the water slides and we all enjoyed the lazy river. My only complaints are the beds and the noise from other rooms. The beds not comfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on rocks. My whole family agreed. The walls are thin. Crying kids and screaming parents next door, along with the heavy walkers above us. However, the property is beautiful.

Property had lots of great amenities that you pay for in the resort fees, like pools, hot tubs, lots of dining options. Very family friendly which we liked and felt super safe and walking distance to lots of restaurants. The room could have been a bit cleaner (finger print marks on the doors, floors in bathroom could use a good scrub). The restaurant there gets very busy on the patio. Apparently to sit outside you need to make reservations even though we are hotel guests. No one told us this major point at check-in. My biggest issue was that they put us on a second level floor facing the pool which was noisy. We specifically booked an accessible room on the first floor with a Vista View. We needed this as we have a four month old baby and they have no elevators there so it’s a lot of stuff and a baby to lug up and down. They moved us to our vista view room but on the second level, stating they had no first level rooms left, even though this is what I booked and have proof of through Expedia. The systems were all down due to a cyber attack, so check in took 30 minutes and we only got one room key which was super inconvenient for our family. They waived one night of resort fees, but to me that was not sufficient considering the major inconveniences we experienced. For roughly $800 CAD a night, we expected better from this resort.

Amazing staff! Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. Only complaint was our tv never worked. The nicest man tried to fix it but he couldn’t. Hotel took the resort fees off my bill.

This was the week Omni hotels was under a cyber attack. Systems were down nationwide, which affected room keys, credit cards, massage reservations. I have to say the employees at this resort did a fantastic job under tremendous pressure and many questions from guests. That said, they only gave us 1 night of resort fees for our inconvenience. Quite frankly resort fees are bogus, and then they surprised me with $20 per night parking too. I hate this practice. They own the parking lots, and there's enough spaces for everyone. It's a sham. It was so crowded at the pools that we had to rush over very early to reserve lounge chairs, otherwise, there would be no place to sit with our children. There was no relaxing and sleeping in on our vacation due to that. Only one restaurant made it difficult to secure dinner reservations so we had to leave the resort a few times. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Their system was down due to hack and very poor services because of that. Rude and inconsiderate people at the pool shop. I am double charged for some charges since everything is manual. Vacation turned into a hassle. Hopefully the double charges get resolved and they can do things in an honest way.

Very family friendly. The multiple pools was such a hit and the kids had a blast. The only downside that we didn't know about is how quick the chairs were filled (there's a line by 8:30 am and the pools open at 9). One day, we got there at noon and had a hard time finding a spot. We will be back and plan better this time around. Highly recommend especially if you have young kids.
