Room dirty and had multiple bugs in room. Pool frequently out of towels. We definitely will not be back to this place

Property was lovely, and we all enjoyed our stay. They only thing that I did not like was a dead bug i found next to the bed but I was glad it was dead not alive.

This place was perfect for small kids to spend whole day inside the complex.

We had to switch rooms as the bathroom sink smelled moldy when used, awoken to loud drilling taking place downstairs at 830am, front desk couldn't even hear us over the phone. Only given 1 set of wrist bands for pools even through there were 2 of us, had to make extra trip to front desk to resolve. A large tile brick was loose when stepped on outside hallway. Furniture in rooms looked worn and mattresses were hard which did not make for a relaxing stay. Spa was great, relaxing but pool chairs were dirty with bird droppings, could use a wash.

Splashtopia was great, although disappointing they closed up early when there weren’t many guests. We ate at the pool grill, Blu Ember, and the cafe. Each were acceptable but quite expensive. Our room had a lovely view over the golf course, but I was disappointed in the condition of the room. The safe didn’t work, bathtub was clogged and filled with water when showering, bedding was thin with no extra blankets, bathroom was dirty. The pool area also had trash that remained there for days, like empty drink cups and bandaids near the hot tub.

Perfect for kids, food was amazing

Close to pool had a lot for kids to do

Kid friendly and spa was fantastic

We liked that there was a pool with a lazy River. We did not like being double charged for the resort fee and would like a refund on the fee. The staff at the front made it my issue when they should have handled the phone call for us. Also for $400/night, there was what appeared to be a used soap box. There were hardly any creamers for our coffee and the hotel tries to gauge you for everything. Internet, movies, etc…. I just think that all of that should be included in the cost of $400. We won’t ever stay here again!

we loved the water slide and the lazy river. but the water was too warm. overall great experience!

i liked the rooms

Nice space and rooms are spacious but I do think they need a little upgrade in general to all the decor, its a but outdated and has seen better days. the pillows suck I wish I would have brought my own. But the property itself was nice, service and all the staff were great. The pool was amazing and LOVED the sand beach area for my kids.

I like the fact that I chose to purchase a room with a pool view. It made the experience that much more enjoyable instead of having to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool area.
