Good set up for children. Its what we came for. Very clean room and maid doing her job great. BUT we pay good money and don't appreciate your pool staff leaving the gate open for friends w/o bracelets to come in free & create chaos around the children. I watched this happen 3 days straight same staff who would wait to the side as look out and motion inside. NOT COOL!

Super family friendly, very safe for children, would definitely return!

We’ve been coming to Rancho Las Palmas for the better part of 22 years now. Some things have changed for the better over the past 20+ years, but the watermark could use a makeover. It’s starting to look it’s age

The property was very big, pretty with lots to do, stuff was very nice, we had a great time!

It was nice that the pools are enclosed for child safety and the pool hours were great. Food was good and place was relaxing. The only bad experience was the A/C unit not working and then needing to be completely replaced and still not working appropriately.

I love the Omni. It’s one of the best hotel. Planing to go back next month for my birthday

Older property and out dated. Disappointed at cost vs reality. I would not recommend.

They have splash for kids and lazy water. This hotel is very good for kids!!

Nothing stood out about your hotel positive 😬our check in was horrible!! You’re rooms could use a little update?? Was sooo packed you can’t enjoy the activity’s!! You should make a point the hotel guest should get first choice at the pool seats?? Their should be certain sections for day passes??

Better mattress And pillows couldn’t get parking close to the room

Everything you need is in walking distance. Comfortable bed, git a great nights sleep

What I mostly disliked is the price. For a 2 night stay my bill for the room only was over $1600. That’s $800 per night which included room charge, taxes and a resort fee. We booked a standard king room overlooking the lazy river. We had a unit that mostly overlooked the sand area meant for the kiddies. For $800/night you’d expect a suite of sorts. The room was fine. The beds were comfortable. There was a small balcony. The carpets looked old and worn and there was a definite odor, Then when you wanted to get to the pool, there was no easy access. You had to walk a distance to get to the gate to gain entry. We just found it odd. Then the pool stays open apparently till 9:00 so we had the “loud” family out there shouting while those of us who hoped for a chance to wind down our evening, simply bided our time till they left. To make matters worse, they came banging on our door, wrong room, dragging us out of bed. People make mistakes. Then we had a housekeeping issue. The cleaners knocked on our door mid morning and we told them we would be out in 15 minutes. They said fine, we’ll come back. We were out at the pool for 3 1/2 hrs. When we got back it had not been cleaned. While we were showering and getting ready to go out to eat, the cleaners showed up to clean with their apologies. I said we were getting ready to go to dinner so we’d be out in one hour. In 30 minutes she knocked on our door again. I said give us 15 mins. Now I felt like I was rushing and on HER schedule. Sigh

It was very ckean. Srevice is good. I want to come again. Thanks.

Beautiful Great place, will be back next year. Will recommend this resort to my friends
