The resort has a lovely pool area that is well kept up, but we were disappointed with the limited meal options after 5pm. The only restaurant open switched to a very upscale menu and we were looking for a casual dinner. The rooms were nice and spacious, but the walls were quite thin and we were disturbed by a loud family. The hotel was accommodating in allowing us to move rooms, which we appreciated.

Our stay at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa felt like stepping into a desert dream — a perfect romantic escape wrapped in sunshine, serenity, and subtle luxury. From the moment we arrived, every detail whispered relaxation. The staff was warm and attentive, the room immaculate, and the ambiance effortlessly inviting. We started our mornings with quiet coffee by the mirror and ended our afternoons poolside, surrounded by palm trees and the scent of warm air and citrus. The cocktails by the water were refreshing, and the view — with the sun dipping behind the mountains — felt straight out of a postcard. The thoughtful in-room touches — a chilled mini-fridge stocked with sparkling water, a tray of light bites, and the gentle hum of calm — made it easy to unwind completely. Staff was helpful, good service in restaurant. The carpet in our room was filthy, toddler who visited our room got filthy feet from the carpet!
