Accessible room on 5th floor needs a serious overhaul. Bed desperately needs replacing. Squeaks when you move. Hard as a rock and sunken. I’m a female less than 120lbs. Old style in room hvac is super noisy. This facility can easily accommodate construction workers that need a relatively decent place to stay. Unfortunately there are no upscale facilities in the area. Most are south around the attractions or downtown. Pet friendly policy should include mopping up the tile floors after wet paws have traversed the lobby. Those of us with pet allergies suffer because someone thinks it’s a good idea to allow furry critters in rooms/elevators designed for humans. On a positive note this facility has cotton sheets versus some close by using microfiber.
