You get what you pay for!

Dirty, stains on everything. No amenities, had to run out to buy toilet paper, extra bath towels, legit everything. Location is sketchy. Nothing close… Needs a lot of TLC. No pool lounge chairs… not even enough seating for the main tv area.

Excessive cameras and house rules

Ask about house rules and cameras before booking. The house was dated. Only the master shower has been updated. The pool area seems nice if you don’t mind fifty cameras watching every angle. We didn’t stay at the house much bc we felt we were being watched. It was awkward. The neighborhood is old but quiet. The area isn’t the best and the only bright spot was John and Mary’s diner.

Comfortable stay

This property met our needs. Plenty of room in a safe area. The house was clean other than a few dryer sheets found on the floor near the couches (might have been used as air freshener). The house could use a little TLC. There is a kitchen drawer that is a struggle to open and some of the blinds need to be replaced, but nothing that hinders your stay. I would recommend to the owner getting TVs for each bedroom because the master is the only bedroom that has one. There were some board games and pool floats available for use.

The house is a nice size and convenient to nearby attractions and restaurants. Furniture is clean and comfortable. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed our stay, but I thought the number of cameras pointing toward the pool was excessive. I felt the place could have been cleaner overall, but the beds were very comfortable.

Nice property for a family vacation

We had a group of 10 extended family members staying together in Orlando for the usual beach and theme park vacation. My husband and I are from Alaska, and we don't get to see his family much, so we were glad to find a place to accommodate our group size. The home was spacious and had excellent air conditioning, the kids loved the pool, and it was located in a very nice neighborhood that was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the freeways to get us wherever we wanted to go. There were a few things that we felt could have made the stay a little better. For a property that can accommodate such a large number of people, there were very few kitchen items provided to prepare food for such a group. The pool was great, but there were not a lot of rugs to prevent the tiles from becoming dangerously slippery. There were a bare minimum number of towels provided, so we were very grateful that there were on-site laundry facilities provided. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would stay again.

The beds were super comfortable. Owner was great with communication. Dishwasher was not working.. Kitchen could have used a few more things like larger bowls and kitchen towels. Bathrooms didn't have hand towels either.
